Don't go! I have been a patient for greater than 10 years. Just walked Out of office... extremely unprofessional dental assistant.... Nails longer than vampire claws... dentists rotate... new dentists all the time! Judge mental! Don't know a patients history and make judgements! Never going back. Go if you don't ever want to know who your dentist is and if you want unprofessional dental assistants!!!

I have been a patient of Dental TLC for 21 years! The reason for this longevity is based on the professionalism from dentists (past & present), especially the founder, Dr. Abbott, outstanding staff members (2 outstanding staffers/professionalism at it's finest - Christina and Terry) and let me not forgot the most amazing Hygienists (2 thumbs up for Ms. Barbara)! This is the most well-managed and cleanest facility I have had the opportunity to call my Dental facility! Through the pandemic this dental facility goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are first at all times! I had to post this message to ensure anyone reading it knows how great Dental TLC's office is and not sometimes, but all of the time! From the bottom of my heart and my family thank you all and Dr. Abbott you are my true rock star!!!!! Thank you all!

AMAZING people from the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to the actual dentists. Everyone is so kind and gentle. The free laughing gas makes even my husband look forward to going to the dentist!

I have been going here since my son was a toddler. To recur phone call two days before our appointment to let us know we are no longer covered just breaks my heart. Thanks for everything

This office takes the hesitation and fear out of booking a dentist appointment. The staff is gentle and friendly while offering everyone some laughing gas if a little additional assistance is needed to take the anxiety out of your visit :)

I've been going to Dental TLC for 2 years -- they were recommended to me by many for those who hate going to the dentist. And now, I actually love going to the dentist and no longer avoid it. Never thought I would say that. Everyone at Dental TLC is so nice and patient. The hygienists and dentists take their time to educate you and I feel everyone is very upfront on the pricing, and urgency of dental work. Having free laughing gas is an added bonus, as it helps ease my dental anxiety.

Christina is amazing! I was in such a bind with a dental emergency. She explained everything so thoroughly and worked diligently to fit me into a very full schedule! She had the utmost of care and empathy for my situation. She followed up consistently until she could get me scheduled. She asked all the very pertinent questions to make sure I was scheduled with the correct doctor for the correct procedure. I cannot explain how helpful she was when I ran into many dead ends elsewhere. I am SO appreciative of her help and of Dental TLC!

Tooth destroyed on purpose. Patel suggested a crown, I felt excruciating pain immediately after the novocaine wore off. She immediately recommends a root canal even though I never had any pain or discomfort in my tooth, never a mention or checking the crown, straight to her commissionable root canal. 6 months later my face is swollen and I need the root canal. Again never even had a cavity. Also front office treated me like a criminal because I didn't pay the 25 dollar fee that THEY were sending the to my old address. Never owed a penny before them and then all of a sudden, I'm being threatened to be sent to collections. Give me a break. I regret Dr. Lovinger hurting himself and not being able to be my dentist anymore but I will NEVER go back there and trust 0 dentists now. Thanks for ruining my tooth.

I have been a patient with Dental TLC for 25 years. Obviously, I'm pleased with the care I receive there! Everyone on the staff, from making an appointment to checkout is super nice and helpful. My hygienist, Barbara, is AWESOME! I would not hesitate to recommend Dental TLC!!!

TLC was recommended by a good friend of mine. I had my first visit yesterday to have a tooth looked at that I suspected the filling had fallen out. I was impressed that the Dr. Patel was able to show me a DETAILED CLEAR picture of the tooth in question. There was no question that the wisdom tooth would have to be removed. I was immediately referred to TLC's preferred Oral Surgeon in which I have an appointment already set up to have the tooth extracted. Every Associate that I worked with was friendly, professional and provided service with a sincere smile on their face. It seems as though the staff really enjoy working at TLC. I can't say I really look forward to going to the dentist BUT TLC does a good job in easing the pain lol. I will look forward to the GAS on my next cleaning and/or procedure! KUDOS TLC and a job well done!

It appears the main attraction is "free gas" for everyone. Even for cleanings. I made the appointment for my wife, since she has always been a little hesitant about going to the dentist. Things started out poorly, since the office is on the second floor and my wife has difficulty walking, even with a cane. There is no elevator, so good luck. Once there, you have to sit at a computer and go through your history, rather than a nurse take it. Her exam and cleaning seemed to go ok, although they pushed the gas, which she said she really didn't need, and OF COURSE, decided she needed a crown. So, we had to speak to the insurance person who said they would check our insurance and find out what our responsibilities would be. Gave us a price, we agreed and made an appointment for about a month later(holidays) She had the work done(payment in advance of course) and then back in 2 weeks for the follow up. Now, a month later I get a bill for $220! "Well, the insurance didn't pay as much as we thought". So, we get the price 2 months earlier and it took them 2 months to figure out what insurance would pay?! Guess they don't work with insurance companies much? Like buying a car and getting a call saying, "oops, forgot to charge you for the spare tire". And they have the nerve to say "she signed the papers". Seriously?! As a retired physician, I HOPE my people never treated people like this. Good luck and good riddance.

Very nice large dental office. Up to date equipment, entertainment via satellite tv in all rooms, free laughing gas and very knowledgeable staff and doctor.

My family been coming here for over 20 years. Still love the energy of Dr Abbott, & Barbara, great people. The laughing gas is out of this . I also love TLC office it makes all diversity group feel you can relate to the environment ( not about race) the love of Music & Serinity . I've been coming here since 1998, still feel that's its #1 dental office in Ga. My kids are 20 & 25 they still travel come here.

This dental office is incredible. I was terrified of going to the dentist to where I put off treatment for years and my teeth continued to get worse. I found this office while searching for dentists specializing in managing anxiety and I'm very glad I did. All the staff is kind and gentle. They are excellent at making you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Nadia is excellent too and turned the dental treatment that I dreaded for years into a completely painless and pleasant experience. I didn't even want to leave! If you're like me and are afraid of going to the dentist for whatever reason, please give them a call. My fear is gone and I look forward to my future visits.
