This office "Refused" to see my child ever again because "she couldn't sit still enough for an X-ray. " that included not even letting her come back in for a cleaning (which has been done before) or to remove her spacer that was placed by THEIR office. Makes you wonder why they were able to glue a spacer on months before but then claim she didn't sit still "enough" later? And then they still ended up getting the X-ray! It's not even like they couldn't get it at all. I even suggested laughing gas for future purpose, but they didn't want to hear it. All they wanted was to refer out. Also, Not to mention it's Hard to even get a hold of someone on the phone when you try to call you have to leave a VM and when they finally get back to you they tell you your child is no longer able to return. Biggest joke. I know plenty of people who hate or can't do some types of dental X-rays, let alone a small child. I only rated a 1 star because there isn't an option for 0. Would never recommend. Worst experience.

If your reading these reviews beware this is the most horrible place I've ever taken my child to!!!! You never see the dentist your not aloud to go in the back with your 2 year old and they lie and say your child has more wrong then they actually do so they can charge your insurance for unnecessary work!!!! The staff is horrible, rude, and nasty no communication no compassion, they lie and act like your not aloud to speak up for your child and they want to kick you out of their office if you disagree with the lies they try to tell you!!!! I wouldn't even waste my time going here!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my kids to this so called dentist for years!!!! This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star there should be no star review this is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to!!!! They say your kids need treatment but don't have appointments to fix your the cavity till2024!!!!! I have came to this dentist office for every appointment they have scheduled because I know if you have to reschedule they tell you there next appointment is 6 months later, but when you ask why your child hasn't had their cavities fixed they lie and say you canceled every treatment appointment but can't show you proof of your canceled appointment? Then how do u know I canceled my child's treatment appointment? Then when you show them your proof you've been to every appointment they kick you out of the office!!!! The staff is the worst rudest people I've ever dealt with!!! I would not recommend ever bringing your kids here it's terrible place all the way around on top of not being able to go in the back with your 2 year old!!!!!

Update... the fillings they did still had cavities under the white fillings. AWFUL!!? Office makes too many critical errors. Does not put patient care first. I have left 2, I REPEAT, 2 different times being told they did great only to receive a call weeks to over a month later that they had many cavities. Oops! No apologies. Not handled with respect. Kids not educated but rewarded and told to keep up the same routine. Excuse is that they are learning their job.

Brought my almost 2 year old here for a cleaning. Was told we would have to resceduale because she just wouldn't sit still. I told her if they would allow me to be with her she wouldn't be so upset but that isn't allowed. You have to hand off your child and just wait in the lobby. So I rescedualed for a week later and again they couldn't examine her mouth for a cleaning and referred me to an oral surgeon for her to have a cleaning done. Extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about the patients. My fiance actually got into an argument with one of the dentists because she was so rude. Needless to say I will not be returning here

Refused to see my 4 year old after MONTHS of trying to get seen for an abscess because we were 1 minute late. ONE FREAKING MINUTE. Say you don't care about your patients without saying it. They're next open appointment is for a YEAR from now! I guess I'll just be looking for a new dentist and feeding my 4 year old Tylenol until I can get a decent dentist to help us!

Very Happy with their Customer Service!! I have been bringing my children here since they were very little, my daughter is 17 now and they are always Super Fast & Efficient!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and care. The practice manager knows you by name and they treat you like family. Thank you for all you do to help our children Love the Dr. She is Amazing!!

I wish there was a half a star what a joke very poor professional skills real low hospitality I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time getting my kid in to see this Dr I cancelled my other 2 kids appointment after the poor experience steer clear of this place guys trust me!!

Do not use this place. They left my son scream for an hour. When I told them that my son was in pain, they said it was normal. They also pulled a tooth that did not need extracting

This people deserve less than a star to write a review. I received a text to be in 15 mins before appt, waited 40 mins to be called back. The lobby full of patients and every time a kid was done they bring them outside and discuss everything in the lobby. Ain't that hippa violation? Don't they make you sign a form about it? But will discuss your business in front of everybody. Last appointment here for sure and reporting this office.

Waited almost 3 months for my daughter to establish care. Day of appointment we waited about 20mins in office. Then staff came from the back and called my daughters name, we got up to head back and the staff approached me asking if I had any dental concerns about my daughter....I replied "yes, but I dont wish to discuss it in a lobby full of people". She advised me that the policy was that parents can not go back. I explained i'm a new patient, I cant just hand over my child to strangers. I inquired if the provider don't meet with parents first especially been a new patient ....she stated no because the treatment room is an open area. I work in Healthcare and this is utter rubbish, I cant believe parents are blindly handing over their children to people they are not even afforded 5 mins to talk with first. At our previous dentist out of state we stayed with our child. I requested to cancel appointment and will seek another dental office that provides personable care. I am just in shock, how is this even allowed to happen?!

This place just needs to shut down. Very unorganized. My kid is never getting what needs to be done. I don't think the doctor cares. They're always rescheduling so be prepared to have your time wasted. Whoever is managing this place needs to be replaced. Take your kids elsewhere!

The worst first time experience. The fact that we're forced to wear mask, and they racial profiles me and spoke to me in Spanish , and I could not go in with my daughter as this would have been a first time visit with a medical emergency. The reasoning was o couldn't go in due to Covid but my daughter can go in! I don't recommend this place, but ho know what they do to our children when parents can't go in. This is stripping of right. So disgusted.

Bad place to count with don't even bother to try to see them they are a very irresponsible people to deal with. I called to make and appointment for my wife and for me and was told that in order to see the dentist I would have to summit my papal work first. I was told by someone by the name Lorence that the forms were supposed to be fill online and be sent in ni email which I did. All these things I did 5 days ago but to this day they haven't call me or sent me an email about it yet.

Amazing love this office! The staff is so nice and a very careful. I would recommend Dental Team of Ocala to anyone. Very clean and lovely office. Super kid friendly and the staff was very gentle. The doctor is very caring and tells you everything that they are doing. Super happy with the service!
