Do not go. The office Manger screams and yells. Called thus weekend for a dental emergency was told did not get a call back because I have not been there a year and two days. So they don't consider you a patient and wipes your records go figure that one

I called the office because I was in so muchpain, and they were ready to help me. Jewels got me in the same day and got my problem taken care off. The front desk staff is so friendly and nice, Dr.Sanchez and his Dental Assistant Nadaa made me feel at ease and comfortable when I got nervous. I would totally recommend Dental Team Of Ocala.

Would not recommend very impatient staff and the so called dentist was pretty unprofessional it took me 6 months to get a referral they send me referral to Orlando and I jokingling said you send me as far out as you go and the lady says well you can call your insurance company so I did and there's one in Ocala, I can say that they do not have patience for anyone who has a disability. P.s it looks like alot of fake 5 stars paid reviews. What a joke lol

People do not go to this place because they refused to treat me for a cavity. I told them that I have no more anxiety and yet they still refuse to treat me! So the dentist lied to me saying that I have to have a root canal but when I went to the endodontist she told me that I did not need to have a root now after all.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Julio Sanchez and his team! If you are seeking a dentist that truly cares, bilingual and has extensive experience, look no further. They take the time to be thorough and explain everything. Their hygienists are very informative, attentive to detail while maintaining gentle care..

Do not go to this office. They do not care about their patients and they are very rude! The manager is very condescending and the Dr. is egotistical!! They will waste your time.

I called another office because I woke up with facial swelling from an abscess and they werent able to get me in until 3weeks. So i called the dental team and they were able to get me in the same day and give me antibiotics and get me scheduled for my extraction once the medicine started working. I highly recommend coming to this office as everyone was very nice and explained everything that was going on with my treatment very well.

Amazing Dr and staff! Everyone is very genuine, caring and has the patients best interest at heart. I don't like going to the dentist and defiantly don't like hearing what my years of neglect has done for me and my pocket, however Dr. Sanchez and his team have made it as painless as they possibly could! Thank you all!!!

I highly recommend this place! The staff definitely goes out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I've been here a hand full of times and my visits were very welcoming. The doctor is amazing and the staff is great with children as well. And they have a great COVID policy! Will forever be going to this place!

I called for an emergency appointment due to a severe toothache I had. They got me right in. The ENTIRE team is so compassionate and wonderful to work with. I don't have the best teeth, and no one here made you feel like they were judging you. Dr. Sanchez is probably the most compassionate doctor I have ever met in my life! I've had over 20 surgeries so I've seen plenty. His bedside manner is by far superior to any other doctor I have ever seen! He explained everything in great detail, without all the medical terminology, so I was able to understand. Every single employee I dealt with here went above and beyond! I was in 3 different rooms. Not only did they take care of my immediate problem, I have a treatment plan to deal with all my issues. At a very good price mind you! I highly recommend going to see them! I have found a dentist for life! Well worth the hour drive for sure! Thank you Dental Team of Ocala for being far superior to many doctors/dentist offices!!! AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe the level of professionalism and compassion from this practice!

I want to first of commend the office manager Bonnie for her dedicated hard work! For the many times she has helped me and my family. Bonnie is the glue of Dental Team of Ocala. I have lived all over the United States and 3 yrs in Europe. I'm here to tell you Dr Sanchez and his hand picked Team are the best, going over and beyond. I have never in my life been this satisfied with any Dentist or staff. HEY! you new here be sure to give your time to the best for the best!!! Sandra Carter and family
