Dr. Wm. Brent Burchard was born in Midland, Texas. He attended Texas A&M where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, and after graduation, he attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas Texas. Following his undergraduate training, Dr. Burchard completed his residency in Periodontics at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, earning both a certificate in Periodontics as well as a Masters degree in Biology. Since 1990, he has been in full time practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Oklahoma Society of Periodontics and Tulsa County Dental Society. Dr. Burchard is a long standing member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr Burchard has devoted his professional career to all aspects of dental implants and periodontics. He is especially interested helping people restore beautiful smiles using dental implants and cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to replace missing or unaesthetic front teeth. To keep abreast of the latest developments in dental implants and periodontics, he frequently attends continuing education to remain knowledgeable of all state of the art techniques. As a Co-Founder of the Tulsa Study Club, he has led organization of top local dentists who are committed to learning and delivering the best dentistry to our patients in the Tulsa community.
As a dedicated husband and father of four sons, he works to juggle the responsibilities of a busy home life with that of a busy practice. His family enjoys snow and water skiing, team sports and the many activities associated with four preteen/teenage sons. He and his family are active members of Fellowship Bible Church.

This was my 1st experience with a referral to a Periodontist. Dr. Burchard came highly recommended and I had heard good things from a couple of family members who had been cared for over the years. The overall process was exceptionally well explained, the bedside manner, and the care received were all great experiences - and mainly pain free I might add! Would highly recommend Dr. Burchard and his staff to anyone need his specialty care.

I was really scared about oral surgery, but they made the process so easy and low stress! I just had my last check up and I am happy with outcome. Thanks to Dr. Burchard and his team! My mouth is feeling great!

I have been to several dental practices , none has impressed me more than DSA of Tulsa. The kindness, attention to detail, front staff, cleanliness and above all the skill of Dr Bouchard were impressive

I have been using Dr. Burchard and his team for about 5 years now. They are all very detailed, attentive and do excellent work! I have several sensitive areas due to recession and I'm amazed at how gentle the hygienists are while getting the areas perfectly cleaned. I highly recommend them!

Dr Burchard did an implant for me 16 years ago. It's been great! I've never had a problem. It's my favorite side to chew on. The hygienist there clean my teeth and do a wonderful job.

I had my teeth cleaning at dental surgical arts of tulsa . It was a painful experience and they also over charged their cleaning fee. The lady cleaning my teeth did not exam it nor the doctor. I got my teeth clean then she said the doctor is busy. Therefore he didn't check on my teeth at all. The day after my teeth is still sore from the cleaning.
