I strongly advise prospective patients to look elsewhere. One stars seems extremely generous. The administration is absolutely terrible. They moved my son's appointment without telling us or his dentist. The administration trotted out every excuse in the book. We sent in all required forms and any issues were NEVER communicated with us. They refused to accept any responsibility for their shoddy practices. If you have an appointment with them, follow up on EVERYTHING- every form you send in, every phone call, every appointment that has been "scheduled." Left to their own devices, they will undoubtedly screw it up.

If I could give this practice a zero I would . The Administrator is so unprofessional. This is what was sent to me today via text, after we didn't receive a phone call or any type of communication to inform us their was a problem. The Practice Manager refuses to give their name or call me. Meanwhile my child has tooth pain and we have to find another Provider. Please do not contact me or try to apologize just because I gave a negative review.

I just called to make appointment for tooth #13 to be extracted. Previously a root canal was done on the tooth cracked in 1/2. It was a overwhelming experience to make appointment. A simple call turned into 15 mins and a bunch of confusing questions. I gave the insurance information. It took a turn of confusion to decide whether they accept delta dental insurance or not. That was never addressed. She started talking about Medicare, Medicaid, and primary health insurance. My mother needs notes from a Neurologist she has seen in 2 years. Primary care doctor note and to be cleared to get a tooth pulled. I called several oral surgeons. They did not ask me all these questions she asked nor needed records from other doctors. I just been calling around so my elder mother I have POA to be seen before April May appointments. The conversation to make a simple appointment was so much that I just said have a nice day, this is too much to just to make an appointment and hung up. Train people to make it simple. I do not work in the medical field. I have taken my mother and father to oral surgeons before this by the most confusing place to make an appointment.

I just want to start by saying I've never met anyone as afraid to remove there wisdom teeth as I was. I had to have two wisdoms removed yesterday and my teeth were compacted so basically infected. I was so afraid that it took my about 8 years to finally just get it done. What I will say this place is AMAZING! Very clean, and the staff was very patient and very nice. I was put to sleep of course because I would've probably ran out if I was awake during my procedure. My doctor saw my X-ray and told my one of my teeth was on my nerve (the root of my tooth). He didn't pressure me in making a decision but he asked if I wanted to leave the root in there or just remove it. He allowed me to make my own decision and I really appreciated that. I decided to remove it so I can just be done with it. Everything went completely well. I woke up feeling groggy but overall well. They numbed me so good that even my ears on one side was numb. I was numb until the next morning. I have been taking ibuprofen ever 5 and a half hours. But I'm in no pain. If I would've found this place sooner I would've been had this procedure done. I'm on day two and I feel great. Hopefully it stays this way. Thanks to the doctor and staff you guys were wonderful.

My son had Appointment @7am we got there me and my wife they did not let me in I was waiting outside in the car I took off from my work to be with my son they should have told us one person can come only

TLDR version - highly recommend them. They took great care of our son. We were waiting to be seen by a different dentist and had a really rough experience that involved months of delays, a trip to the ER involving an overnight stay, and finally being given the news that he had an infection in his tooth and gums that was serious. We couldn't find anyone near us that could help even after seeking recommendations from the hospital and other dental locations nearby. Finally we did get a recommendation for the Dental Surgery Center after 12 business hours of constant phone calls. They realized the situation we were in and saw him the same day! We were so relieved at finally finding someone who could help him especially because we were told he needed the procedure right away. It was very stressful making one phone call after another and being told that by other offices that they weren't able to help him (wouldn't take him in time, only work with adults, can't perform the type of procedure required, etc). My son was so traumitized with all the procedures leading up to this, which I skipped in this review, that he was besides himself and had to be carried inside. So he was in rough shape. Not being able to eat all day didn't help but it was necessary so he could have the surgery that afternoon. The dental surgery center took great care of him and finally provided the care he needed. Just the next day he was playing outside and looked up at us saying he thinks he feels like himself again. We're very grateful for all the help they provided us on such short notice.

I spoke to the friendliest young lady earlier. She was helping me schedule an appointment for my mom with disabilities. She made us feel comfortable and valued as customers/patients. I feel like most places don't even take the time to listen. She did. Thank you, Kerya, for your time!

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! I CALLED TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT, WAS PUT ON HOLD THE PHONE GOT DISCONNECTED SOME HOW. I CALLED RIGHT BACK TO CONTINUE SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THE PHONE GOT DISCONNECTED!!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE!!!

I bought my son in a few weeks ago, and it was such a lovely experience. Everyone was very friendly and the service was super punctual. The representative who made our appointment was the sweetest person ever. She was very friendly, understanding, and did her best to work around my already hectic schedule. It was a great first impression. Thank you for all you guys do!
