Kept calling to try and reschedule but no one answered. Ended up getting a call less than 1 hour after my scheduled appt telling me if I need to reschedule I have to pay $75 extra for not rescheduling more than 24 hours in advanced. BUT I I KEPT CALLING THE DAY BEFORE AND DAY OF. somehow they were fast to call me 20 minute into what was supposed to be my appt time to tell me I would have to pay that extra $75.

Amazing Dental Studio. Very clean and pleasant feel. Everyone at Dental Studio is super friendly. They make sure you feel comfortable, and that you dental appointment goes smoothly and painlessly. Dr. Chung is great! You can tell she is very experienced, explains you everything clearly and actually cares that you have heathy teeth. Definitely recommend!!!

I love my dentist and her team! I have gone for a cavity, cleaning, invisalign and whitening and everything has been on time, professionally done and they are the sweetest people! Dr. Roman is the best!

The service was fine in the past but the customer experience since the launch of the portal is absolutely awful. The portal shows availability when there is none. Would not recommend.

There are no words to describe how wonderful this dental studio is. I have A total fear of the dentist. Forcing me to skip going for a bit. When I got here there was no judgement for my issues. They were so good at explaining what we can do to get me back on track. And so so easy to work with. I am so so so glad I found dr Roman. (And Emmy!) Seriously I have zero anxiety about my follow ups etc.

You know the scary dentist in "Fairly Odd Parents?" That is NOT Dr. Chung. Everyone at the office is super friendly, the treatments are so painless if you close your eyes you wouldn't even know they were touching ya...tasty toothpaste: check! Overall the best dental experience you could hope to have, 11/10

I hope people can be aware of how unprofessional and money hungry this dentist studio is. I was there today for teeth whitening and Dr, Ching suggested my teeth color falls at the fourth to the deepest color while I was always indicated by dentists that my teeth color are A2 or C2. So I check the color myself, and she started to seem a little anxious and impatient then even rolled her eyes to me. I understand she might feel unconfident about the whitening treatment, but she didn't have to convince my teeth is deeper to make me believe it "worked" afterwards. On top of that, they charged me $50 out of pocket, as whitening consultation fee. They say they charge CONSULTATION FEE ADDITIONALLY on top of whitening treatment fee. Even though $50 is not much at all, I still feel terrible to have experienced all of this.
