Dr. Andrea Fallon graduated from the University Of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine in 2008. While enrolled at the University of Connecticut, she received the National Elsevier Student Research Award, as well as the UConn Alumni Scholarship. Dr. Fallon is an active
member of the Valley District Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She served as committee chairperson for The New Dentist Committee at the Massachusetts Dental Society from 2012-2015.
Recently Dr.Fallon has been appointed to sit as the District 1 ADA Representative to the New Dentist Committee. She has been an integral member of the Dental Studio Associates team since July 2008 and became a partner in 2012. She also attends many continuing education classes which include courses on composite esthetics, implant restoration, implant esthetics, endodontics, and pharmacology. Dr. Fallon has taken advanced education on the use of the CEREC, which consists of one visit crowns, at the Spear Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
In December 2016, she completed the curriculum at the L. D. Pankey Institute for treatment of occlusal disease and TMJ dysfunction. She is currently working toward achieving her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Fallon will be instrumental in integrating dental sleep medicine to Dental Studio Associates. She is currently taking coursework to allow her to help treat patients with sleep-disordered breathing utilizing appliance therapy. Dr. Fallon looks forward to serving her patients with integrity, compassion, and skill. When not in the office Dr. Fallon enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, daughter Evangeline and son, Colin.
Dr. Joseph Walz earned his Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He graduated from the University with a 3.92 cumulative GPA. Dr. Walz then continued his education and attended the University of Connecticut of Dental Medicine from 1998-2001. He was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award, the Merit Award in Esthetic Dentistry and the Olmstead Prize in Geriatrics. In 2013 Dr. Walz completed his Implantology Fellowship with the Misch International Implant Institute. He feels privileged to have studied both surgical and prosthetic disciplines of implant therapy under the late, world-renowned Dr. Carl E. Misch.
Dr. Walz proceeds to further his education with the countrys leading dental education centers. He has studied at the Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Education, the Pikos Institute, and Dr. Allens Center for Advanced Dental Education. He continues to take courses in implant esthetics, implant dentistry, endodontics, and CEREC dentistry. Dr. Walz would be honored to personalize a treatment plan that meets your individual needs and desires. He is dedicated to making a plan that will ensure a beautiful smile and quality dental health for a lifetime. Dr. Walz does not think of dentistry as his occupation, but rather his passion.
Dr. Walz opened Dental Studio Associates in 2004. When not in the office, he and his wife Kristy, along with their two children Joseph and Alexandra reside in Southwick. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, fishing, working on home projects, cycling and running. Dr. Walz has completed three full distance Ironman triathlons.
Dr. Stephanie Plonski graduated summa cum laude from Springfield College with a degree in biology and minor in chemistry. She attended dental school at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry where she graduated in 2014. She then completed a 1-year general practice residency at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT where she received advanced training in dental surgery, restorative work, and treating medically compromised patients.
Dr. Plonski provides care in all aspects of general dentistry, with a primary focus on esthetic composites, fixed crown and bridgework. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentists, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Plonski is currently studying advanced continuing education in esthetics, implant placement, and endodontic therapy. She has completed courses and certifications in Invisalign treatment and treatment of occlusal disease and dysfunction at the Dawson Academy. Her primary concern is to provide quality care while easing patient anxieties in a comfortable and relaxed setting. When not in the office Dr. Plonski enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
Dr. Lillian Pham grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts and graduated with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Simmons College. She then went to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for her Doctorate degree. While enrolled at Tufts, she received the Honos Civicus Award which recognizes students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to civic engagement and leadership during their studies. Following her belief in giving back to the community, she has provided dental needs for Special Olympic participants and volunteered with Dentists for Humanity to provide dental care to the underserved community in Haiti. She loves helping others in the best ways that she can.

My oral surgeon, Dr. Sudol, recommended I see Dr. Andrea Fallon in follow-up from surgery on my tongue. I was also in search of a new "Dental Home" as I wanted a permanent, seasoned professional DMD rather than the various new graduates I had attending to me through Baystate over the last decade. Dr. Fallon and her staff were welcoming, accommodating, professional, and compassionate! I found my dental hygiene visit to be unhurried and exceptional. Dr. Fallon came in for an assessment and consultation that was thorough, informative, and encouraging regarding my post-surgical healing and outlook for the future. I am 100% certain that I have found my new Dental Home and highly recommend Dr. Fallon for her attentive, compassionate, experienced, and knowledgeable care.

In the last two years I started to experience some changes in my teeth and jaw area. My jaw started to ache and then to crack and pop and really hurt when I chewed. It scared me. I had an MRI done on my jaw and my results showed changes to my jaw on both sides in the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) area. My PCP thought the changes were serious enough to refer me to an oral surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Sudol. He said the changes were at a level 3 out of 5, but that surgery would not be needed yet, unless my condition got worse. He recommended that I see Dr. Andrea Fallon who has a specialty in treating people with TMJ. The moment she introduced herself to me I knew Dr. Fallon was going to help me and I put my trust in her. She really listened to me and put me at ease. She had already reviewed my MRI results and talked with Dr. Sudol. She was very knowledgeable about my condition, was confident she could help me with my pain and symptoms, and she said that I could realistically see my jaw function restore allot. She had a game plan set up for me starting with teaching me about my TMJ and what I needed to do to improve. She said she would be there for me throughout the process--that it would take time, but that I WOULD feel much better. She had me return for regular follow-up appointments where she made suggestions and changes to my treatments as needed. She fitted me for a retainer and helped adjust my jaw opening and closing. I am feeling so much better now and I feel so grateful and thankful for all she has done for me!!! I have recommended Dr. Fallon to family and friends for her expertise, compassion, honesty, and thorough un-hurried manner! I'm a big dental weenie; and have had a hard time maintaining my dental health - Trust me when i say these people will save your teeth! I had a wonderful experience today; Dr Walz is the most kind and sincere Dentist i've met ever, Allie was superbly personal and made sure i was comfortable during my procedure today, and Andrea my hygienist was so kind and gentle; Made sure I was okay constantly, and was very efficient with her dental x-rays - I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now and will 100% recommend you guys to anyone. Fallon and Plonski and ease of scheduling with the staff. As an industry professional, I can speak to the modern technology, quality materials and the highest standard of treatment provided in this practice. Dr. Walz is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have spent innumerable hrs.at dental practices since childhood. In 2016 I had a bad accident and had to have many teeth removed . I was devastated. Dr. Walz made an intricate plan to restore my teeth. He is clinically astute, a perfectionist, humble and a dental artist. Also painless. I recommend him highly as the best. I have been a patient of Dr. Walz for several years and had a good amount of dental care over the years. Definitely the best dentist I have been to. Friendly office; professional; current on treatments and technology; works with you on prioritizing dental work; provides reasonable and solid guidance on whether something genuinely needs to be done versus could be done; responsive to questions and concerns. Having switched to a job no longer near Joe's office, I willingly travel over an hour for appointments. Worth the trip.

I would highly recommend Dr. Fallon. This office altogether is welcoming and friendly. They do a great job making you feel relaxed through any procedures or even routine management of your teeth. My entire family uses this practice including their kids cornerstone practice for my little guy. She did an AMAZING job and I cried with tears of joy when she handed me the mirror and had me look at my newly fixed front tooth!
