Dr. Mohammed Asim graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's in dental surgery from India, and attended International Dental Program at Univeristy of Illinois College of Dentistry, earning his DDS in 2007. Dr. Asim has been practicing general dentistry as well as Fastbraces. He has been honored with the Superior Occlusal Problem Solving award at the University of Illinois in 2007. As of 2017 Dr. Mohammed Asim is now a Senior Master Provider for Fast Braces.
Dr. Ilyas Ahmed grew up in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from University of Toledo with a Bachelors inBiology. He attended dental school at University of Illinois and graduated with a D.D.S. in 2005. Heworked as an associate dentist at Dental Associates Ltd in Kenosha, Wisconsin for almost 3 years before openingDental Starz LLC at Northlake in 2008. Dr Ahmed is married with three children. Aside from dentistry, he enjoystraveling and soccer. His favorite team is Arsenal from London,England. Dr. Ahmed also speaks Urdu,Hindi and understands Spanish.
Dr. Hetal Patel grew up in Lake Zurich, IL. He graduated from UIC with a bachelor's in biochemistry. He went to UIC dental school and received his DDS in 2007. He worked as an associate at multiple locations for three years before coming to Dental Starz in 2010. Dr. Patel enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Dr. Sanjeev Gope graduated in 1999 with a BDS degree from Bangalore, India and practiced as a general dentist till 2003 before moving to the U.S. He worked as a registered general and vascular giagnostic medial sonographer in Maryland till 2012.
He completed his International Dentist Program at State University of New York, School of Dental Medicine at Buffalo, earning his DDS in 2013 and has been practicing as general dentist since. He enjoys sports and outdoors.
Dr. Juwairiya Syed grew up in Lombard, IL and graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelors in Psychology. She attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Illinois and graduated with a D.M.D. in 2015. Dr. Syed enjoys spending her free time with family, baking, watching sports, and traveling. Dr. Syed has two favorite things in life that are chocolate and her ten nieces and nephews.
Dr. Usha Gope has earned her bachelor in dental surgery degree from Bangalore, India and practiced as a general dentist for eight years before moving to the U.S. Dr. Usha went to UIC School of Dentistry to complete the International Dentist Program earning her DMD degree in 2016. She practices as general dentist. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and loves watching movies.

Do not recommend. My wife had an app at 530P and they called her the day before to reschedule to 5P. She told them that she would be a little late since she had to change a few things around at work to make the appointment. They called her to cancel her appointment because she was 15 min late. Do not recommend this place. They do not respect appointment times and will try to reschedule even if it not convenient for you. Stay away.

You will never meet a bigger chicken than me or someone more neurotic about losing their teeth. But Dr.Ahmad is the best he's patient and kind always reassuring to me. He's gentle when he works and cares about me when he's working. Hands down best dentist ever

They have 0 respect for people time. Every time I've come to their facility I e had to wait at least an hour to be seen despite scheduling an appointment. I do not recommend using this facility for dental work

I always feel welcomed when I come here...I love the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire staff at the front desk...I love the care and concern Dr Ahmed always show for my teeth

This is my 2nd wisdom tooth removal, one last year and one today. Both of my teeth went great. The Dr knows exactly what he's doing, he's caring, knowledgeable, and very skilled. I'm amazed It was so fast and painless. The front desk and dental assistants are always pleasant and caring. you are so appreciated!

I had really high hopes for this dental office due to the amount of positive reviews. I had a lot of questions and concerns due to the fact that I had not seen a general doctor in over a year. I had a panoramic x-ray taken at another office and sent it over so they can have it on file. I felt as if the doctor was most concerned on where I got the panoramic x-ray done and why vs what I was actually there for. I didn't even know the doctors name until she was basically in my mouth. I don't feel as her exam was thorough enough. When the assistant came in to polish and floss my teeth it felt as she only polished my front teeth. I didn't feel her clean the lingual nor get back to my molars. Was definitely not satisfied with my first time visit.

very bad place never go there!! im from Miami Fl and visiting Chicago on business trip and one of mine temporarily crown fell off i called them and explained that i have my dentist in Miami and im doing all my teeths ,asked them can i come thay just to glue it , thay said no problem !! when i went there i was waiting and waiting finally thay got me and told me i need to do all exams!!x rays and 100 things morein order thay to glue my crown!!! strongly suggest don't go there

Dr. Syed and Assistant Jessica S. were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and patient with my daughter's first time at the dentist. Check in was quick and most accommodating to my tardiness. I called earlier to let them know we were going to be late. I asked if we should still come. The front desk representative was so sweet on the phone. Even during Covid, when everything is very strict, they were so accommodating. The space in the lobby is tight so we just waited outside for 2 minutes in between filing out paperwork and waiting to be called in. Cleanliness was perfect, I couldn't have asked for more. Plastic sleeves on everything used. Most importantly, my daughter felt great, comfortable, and safe... laughing throughout the whole experience. Thank you to everyone that assisted in the process.

Dr. Syed was the dentist who took care of my extensive work. She did so with the utmost professionalism, caring, listening, and was great throughout. Normally, everyone dreads the dentist. Not with Dr. Syed. She is terrific and I can recommend her to anyone needing care. As I can for the entire staff. They were all welcoming, concerned, polite, and professional throughout.
