I'll start saying that dentist is my worst nightmare! But Dr London and her staff (the girls are just great!..) make me feel very comfortable... Don't get me wrong I took my 4 wisdom teeth out.. but the recovery was just great.... I'm just happy Thanks to dr London and the staff so happy to find you all

Dr. Porras arranged to see me on the second day I called. I really appreciated that coz I was in pain and I needed a root canal. After knowing my situation and doing examination for me, I chose to get treatment immediately. The whole process was pain-free. Dr. Porras was very professional, efficient, and experienced. I think a good doctor speaks with his skill and expertise. He is also patient, and clearly explain to me about my concern. My treatment is on number 2 tooth, which is last one on the upper right. My general dentist says that tooth is hard to do root canal, but in Dr. Porras hand, I didn't feel that at all. He is perfect.

The office staff here is absolutely phenomenal! I've been here twice on an emergency basis with both procedures running well after hours. While they were visibly tired, they were professional and compassionate for both visits.

Doctor won't see you if you don't pay the $10 PPE fee. Used pens. No hand sanitizer. Air purifier in waiting room is off. I also had to sign a form saying I understand there is a high likelihood I could catch covid during my visit since droplets stay in the air. What's my $10 paying for? And why do I have to sign an electronic consent form saying I won't record what he says? All major red flags but I have a tooth infection and have no other choice.

Office staff: great, professional; it seems like most of them speak Spanish as well as English. Office: the parking lot can get very full in the afternoon, but it was easy to find good parking early in the morning. The office is dated aesthetically, but it's clean and neat. The medical, office equipment, and point of sale devices are all modern and up to date. Consultation: Dr. Demick spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons of performing the procedure and any possible concern I had. I did not feel rushed or that he was biased in any way; in fact, I would say he was leaning more towards NOT doing the procedure if I had to choose a side. However, I will say that he was very neutral and focused on the facts. He even checked my out of pocket cost for me before I made a decision. Surgery: Everything went smoothly on the day of surgery. I was very comfortable. I had an IV sedative during the procedure. I did not experience any pain while in the office. I was provided with clear post-surgery instructions and two prescriptions. I am about 12-hours post surgery and feeling very good. I am 100% happy so far. I could not have asked for a better experience. I put this procedure off for many, many years because I was afraid. The experience turned out to be great even though, due to my age, I am now considered "high risk." I will update this review with additional information once I have a follow-up and let more time pass. So far, however, my overall impression is that Dr. Demick is a magician. Don't hesitate to check him out!

Great services and staff is on point. Just make sure you ask the price before you go any further with any procedures or they will hit you when it's all done $$$

This review should be a zero I rushed to my general dentist yesterday in extreme pain and was referred to the endodontist. Dr Porras is my Endodontist and two of my children have had work done by Dr Sorgen his partner. As a patient of Dr Porras I called their office yesterday and Paula said to call back at 830 am this morning and they would ask the dr if he could fit me in. I was in so much pain last night I wanted to hammer my own tooth out of my mouth. I promptly called the office at 830am this morning as instructed by Paula and was told by her the Dr couldn't fit me in that he was booked and has a meeting today. Who has meetings on Saturday . First thing I thought probably golfing meeting. I explained I'm in excruciating pain and all she said was sorry and that he couldn't fit me in. She didn't even offer to try and get me in with another provider and I have excellent insurance. How is it possible that a returning patient be turned away with the extreme pain that I am in. I don't understand this at all. Obviously this facility does not care at all about their patients health and needs so now I have to go through the entire weekend in absolute agony and suffering

There are two dental offices next to each other. I walked into this one by mistake and was abruptly asked who I had a appointment with and I told them I was there for a cleaning. The tinted glass door was shut on me and I was ignored for over 40 minutes until I asked them again what was going on. Then next lady also asked who my appointment was with then she asked what address I was looking for. I really wish they showed more patience here, but instead they let me wait 40+ minutes in their lobby for no reason on a business day... really an awful time

Dr.kaplan was the best I hate anything to do with any dentist. He was nice cracked a lot of jokes during the procedure which put me at ease. Explained my options before starting the procedure and explained everything as he was going along.

The office staff and Dr Porras were very understanding and professional. I required a emergency root canal and they accommodated me in their busy schedule. All was explain to me step by step. Dr Porras was very gentle working in my tooth and explaining all the steps he was doing. I have no words to express the appreciation for the treatment I received
