Secretary Parker does not know anything about customer service, I had an appt. and they cancelled, and I have nothing against that, on the second appt. I was the one who cancelled. The third appt. they cancelled again, when i called to reschedule i asked Ms. Parker to try to do not cancel again because i asked the days at work, she said that she can't guarantee that because everybody has a personal life, that She can't forze the doctor to come if something come up, and she emphasized that the doctor has a personal life, hey I wasn't rude when I mentioned to try to do not cancel,That's not the way you talk to a client, I just wanted to reschedule again, I don't know if something bad is going on her life, but she has not the right to treat me like that. She could've said they will do their best or something else, she even complain I cancelled the second appointment, I really don't know what is wrong with her. I will not go there again for my implant. Too many thousands dollars to spend it in a place that treats you like that. I can bet I'm not the only one.

Just got my 4 wisdom teeth removed with doctor London. It went well and he did a good job. Got scared by some bad reviews but he said most people who would leave good ones don't. Also, I'm sure a lot of people hate having to get oral surgery done. Mine went as good as it could go!

I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place if it was the last dental office on earth. Took my mom there for an initial visit. Our appointment was at 3:00 pm, we got there at 2:30 pm filled out all the paperwork. At 3:30 they advised that they need a referral and would not see is without one. It would have been nice to know all the requirements before losing a day from work because of inexperienced office staff.

Dr. Porras arranged to see me on the second day I called. I really appreciated that coz I was in pain and I needed a root canal. After knowing my situation and doing examination for me, I chose to get treatment immediately. The whole process was pain-free. Dr. Porras was very professional, efficient, and experienced. I think a good doctor speaks with his skill and expertise. He is also patient, and clearly explain to me about my concern. My treatment is on number 2 tooth, which is last one on the upper right. My general dentist says that tooth is hard to do root canal, but in Dr. Porras hand, I didn't feel that at all. He is perfect.

A great place to go take care of your teeth. Everyone was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do a tooth extraction Dr. London did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the nurses here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks you Dr. London.

A little old fashion, but one of the only places that I saw follow the insurance co-pays, so you know its not all about the money. The dental treatment I received was top-notch, which proves they know what they are doing. I would recommend for these reasons.

This has to be the worst Dental Office in Pembroke Pines starting from the top down. Dr. Kaplan is very unprofessional, very RUDE and does not listen to his patients. He believes his opinions are the only ones that matter. Dr. Kaplan stopped working on my root canal in the middle of a procedure after numbing my mouth because of a insurance refund issue with Delta Dental insurance he was unhappy with. He just walked off and said "give this patient his money back I no longer want to finish this root canal". I am a 46 yr old Fireman easy going person and I have never rated a business or doctor online but how I was treated by Dr. Kaplan and his office was so egregious I had to come here and share my HORRIBLE experience.

Had an appointment at 1pm, got to the office at 11:45 because the receptionist stated to get here at 12:30 to fill out paperwork as I am a new patient even though my mom and wife have been here. So I got here 45 min earlier than asked. It is currently 1:22 which is 22 min past my appointment and keep in mind I got here at 11:45. The receptionist told me that my appointment that is scheduled for 1pm is really for 1:30pm because people come late. So I guess for coming early and doing the right thing you get the short end of the stick. Extremely unprofessional.

Don't EVER Go To This Dental Office. They Did A Surgery For My Sister Wisdom Tooth And She Came Out Cry And Blood All On Her... She Told Me Her Experience Was Worst Than Horrible... PLEASE DON'T GO HERE !!!

Exceptionally friendly staff. I was in an out in less than and hour, but the doctor took his time explaining himself and answering questions.
