I was given a referral to this office to have a root canal done. My first impression made me hesitant because it appears to be a really old building. Other than that, it was outstanding. I was in minimal pain throughout the day and the following day I actually forgot that I used to have sensitivity. I would 100% recommend this place.

Dr. Galsterer is amazing. Had two root canals. First one had absolutely no pain following. The second had very little pain even though he did more work then was required of him. He really went above and beyond. His assistant was so kind and amicable and made the experience much more comfortable. Even the receptionist called me with a cancellation and was so patient and nice as I know she must have stayed later because of it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Rand and the rest of the team. I had to have wisdom teeth extracted and was very nervous. I was at ease throughout the entire procedure and am healing very well with minimal pain or discomfort after following all of my after-care instructions. Highly recommend their services.

Worst place ever, please don't waste your time here. I needed an extraction for my wisdom teeth, the first time I went there, they never placed my appointment on their agenda, the second, and third time they cancelled it because of Covid-19 the fourth time they cancelled My appointment because supposedly someone broke in and stole all the drugs and they had me waiting awhile until they told me that they couldn't process with my appointment and they had to reschedule it for the next week and just two days before my appointment they call me to tell me that they couldn't do my appointment and it had to be rescheduled again. This was supposed to be the fifth time... they provide poor service and they're very disorganized

I had to have all of my wisdom teeth removed. They got me in quickly (thank goodness since I was in pain). Very professional and friendly! They did an amazing job on my teeth.

This was a great experience from scheduling through root canal. Front desk is efficient and very courteous. Dental Assistant was polite and explained what she was doing throughout the apppointment. Dr. Galsterer did my root canal with no discomfort and I ha no pain after. Much THANKS!

I am on the second day of recovery from having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was somewhat nervous about getting them out and I waited until 26 to do it. So far everything has been perfect. The original consultation was simple and straight to the point. Scheduling the procedure was very easy. The day of , I only had to wait about 15 minutes before being taken in. They had me in and out within 45 minutes. Under my insurance it only cost a bit over 1000$ which was great for me paying it myself. There has been almost no pain or discomfort. The worst pain was when I drank too big a glass of water and splashed the edges of the gums. A lot of bleeding the first hour but after that it is nearly non-existant. I've had my jaw iced all day and I've followed the directions for the medication and this could not go any better. I am glad I went with their services. They have been pleasant throughout the experience and even called me the second day to confirm everything was fine and to remind me I could call if need be. I would recommend anyone who needed this procedure to go with these folks.

I honestly don't understand why there is any sort of negative reviews on here. Dr. Rand and staff are AMAZING! I had to get a infected tooth pulled yesterday, and everyone was very nice to me and made me feel comfortable, even though I was nervous. 24 hours after surgery and I'm not in much pain at all. Thank you DR. RAND and staff! Dayton Brown

The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the doctor added a number of unnecessary services to my quote for wisdom tooth extraction, including many services not covered by my insurance. The doctor even refused to complete the extraction unless I did a "3D xray" that was not covered by insurance and cost me $180 out of pocket. I paid and got the "3D xray" but the results were never reviewed with me and I was told they were "just what he thought" and "everything looked great." I chose not to schedule the extraction here.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted just recently. I was extremely happy with the management, front desks staff and assistants. I also have had good experiences with the periodontal specialist. She is amazing! Only issue was the oral surgeon made it seem like my primary dentist gave misinformation on how wisdom teeth can actually harm other permanent teeth. My general is probably one of the best I know when it comes to doing right by the patient. I will still give 5 stars as the rest of the staff and Drs are amazing.
