The place is beautiful enough parking BUT big BUT allmost 2 hours after appoitment date regardless filling questionairs and referal yhey had no . 5 min with sx asked for CT scan (they did not tell me they do it) send me to "hospital " they scrip not clear with ir without contrast . Then their office do not run insurance authorization for Ct scan has to be a medical doctor. Baptist imaging was unble to communicate with same person different answers Worst wisdom pain ever worst aggravation The date of surgery comes on Monday :no electricity reschedule with another surgeon Tuesday then their fax not working never got the ct scan result faxed to the office next door bring the paper. They want the CD images of a ct scan they do onside. I offered to pay cash and do it right theire now they need "contrast" order said S WITHOUT . Here at the office waiting

The complete staff was nice and friendly from checking in to paying the invoice. I waited less than 10 mins before I was sitting in the dental chair. I love the upgraded new location.

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Specialty Center of Kendal. The staff and Dr"s made me feel so at home...My procedure went very smooth and the Staff were very patient as I had many questions...I'm definitely recommending The Dental Specialty Center of Kendal to family and friends.

They gave me the location of their old address. I spent almost an hour around the hospital searching for the office. I tried calling and the receptionist had an attitude I didn't even get to ask my question. I tried calling again and they never answered I tried calling AGAIN and got asked if I could hold only to get hung up on immediately after she says that. Once I found the office they were fine face to face but phone skills definitely awful. And giving patients old address locations is inexcusable.

I had an excellent experience with a root canal procedure done there. Friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff treated me. I highly recommend this office.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the dental chair. Everyone is cheerful and makes your visit pleasant no matter what procedure you are having. The skill level of dentists and their assistants is the best I have ever experienced in my 67 years. I've had 3 implant surgeries and cleanings and cannot praise the entire staff enough but to recommend and continue to be their grateful patient.

Outstanding Dental Services! From the moment you walk in you see the office is impeccable. You are greeted by highly professional, and kind staff, well dressed. The Physicians are highly knowledgeable and super kind and emphatic to patients. They explain the diagnosis so patients can understand. The follow up process is prompt and well communicated. I highly recommend this team of best in class dental care!

I have not gone to the dentist in years until it became a no choice situation. I am so glad to have found Dental Specialty Center of Kendall. The entire team is professional and genuinely caring. I had 2 root canals done and I plan on becoming a longtime patient. I highly recommend them.
