I had a root canal at the Fort Myers office. The staff are professional and personable. The telephone is answered by a person, not an automated system. They coordinated my insurance and explained clearly my portion of the balance. I was taken to the treatment room promptly and didn't have to wait for the procedure to begin. A positive experience.

I never provide reviews of anything. But I've actually never been seen by a medical provider who was as short and rude as Dr. Galsterer. I'm a physician, and I'm not looking for a long winded explanation of the problem. But if someone is taking time out of their day to address a dental problem, then sit down and explain the issue for greater than 30 seconds next time. Otherwise, don't waste my time ever again. Thanks to a total waste of space.

The girl who answered the phone was rude af. My daughter who is not even legal to drink is in extreme pain after two impacted wisdom teeth, one that was sideways. Called to ask if she was in this much pain in a few days, is there a refill? She treated me like my child was a pill popper. Wtaf! She wouldn't make an appointment to see the Dr. either so he could see how much pain she was in, she's too swollen. Uncaring, insensitive and unprofessional!

Had an appointment today 6/15/2022 and I was so pleased with the service I received. Customer service was amazing and the young lady that pulled 2 of my teeth out was the best. She was very gentle. Thank you so much for taking care of me. They really care about their patients.

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Front desk staff was very rude and aggressive. Clapping their hands and turning their heads away like if they're in high school. Very rude and unprofessional. Clearly a poorly managed office with inexperienced staff. Do not recommend.

After neglecting my dental care, I was sent to this office for further care. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work and I was very nervous. The staff as well as Dr. Broderick were amazing. I felt so comfortable and the young ladies, which included some newer staff made me feel so much better. I won't say that I'm looking forward to my upcoming surgery but I am looking forward to being in their care

I waited for an appointment over 2 months. I called to confirm a couple weeks out and was told everything is set to go including insurance. I show up for my appt. and the lady at the front desk is incredibly rude to the people in front of me and actually tossed a clipboard at her. When it was my turn she said "Oh, this again", and then ignored me for 5 minutes while I was standing there. She finally tells me my appt. was cancelled due to my insurance "expiring" 3 days before the appt. (It didn't, I confirmed with the insurance company after I left). Apparently someone called me to ask for updated insurance, but that's a lie. I received no calls or emails stating my appointment was cancelled. I refuse to go to this facility again based on how unprofessional and completely obnoxious their policies are. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to and they are completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist their patients. -5 stars if that was possible.

My experience making my first visit to this office was honestly amazing. For the past four months, I've been searching for oral surgeon in the area that could take my insurance and perform a wisdom tooth extraction. Those that were taking new patients were booked out till January! an amazing employee by the name of Crystal/Krystal worked with me for a couple hours so I can get an appointment TODAY. Came to the appointment and the staff had great energy, even though it was pretty busy. Great experience. Thank you so much!

I've had two procedures done here and the first one was fantastic, my doctor was a young man who was very patient and non-judgmental, funny even. HOWEVER, my second procedure COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE DIFFERENT. It was an old man with his old(er) lady assistant and the two could not have been ruder to me. I have extreme anxiety and not only did they make fun of me (I wasn't being disruptive I just couldn't stop crying (I wasn't gasping or hyperventilating, my eyes were leaking like a mofo) and my legs and hands were shaking (which is something I CANNOT CONTROL.) Usually I ask for the procedure to be explained as they do it so that I have something to focus on and so the dentist doesn't cast me into a shadow realm of silence but the old man completely ignored me in favor of chatting up his grandma assistant next to me. (side note don't have your fingers in a stranger's mouth as you're trying to make them more scared I didn't apologize for almost biting because neither of you deserve fingers) BUT THEY ANTAGONIZED ME INTO FEELING WORSE. The nasty old woman made comments like "you're too grown to do x" (in reference of the panic attack the old man nearly triggered by waving the needle next to my eye) and "you're scared of y? Seriously?" (Yes I am scared but I'm of the age where I can get it together.. these "professionals" should take notes maybe.) They lack even a crumb of bedside manner and the whole experience felt degrading almost. It's been months since I've last gone but even now I think about it and get upset all over again, hence the review. I don't recommend this place to anybody at all.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a dentist, Dr galaster has been working on my mouth for 4 months and I leave in pain and disappointment every time, I have not felt good once about any procedure he has put me through, I dread going to this office because of the costumer service and the dental services I'm receiving. Stay as far away from this office as possible. No one should have to through the pain and stress that this terrible practice has put me though.

My experience at this office was nothing short of smooth and easy. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and the doctors at this office are very sympathetic and kind. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery, as Dr. Hall and his team made the process so pain free and simple I had nothing to worry about. Thank you dental specialty center, I will be sure to come back for all my special dental needs.

Horrible , I called called back in April to schedule an appointment at the fort Myers office, I asked many times if they took my insurance and they said yes, so I made and appointment which the soonest they had was three months (August). I called today and they told me it was cancelled because they do not accept my insurance. AGAIN THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME AT ALL! Which is very unprofessional if you're going to have someone wait three months and not even notify them that their appointment was cancelled until they call in!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is amazing. They are very efficient, friendly, and professional. Dr. Hall, the oral surgeon, is awesome! He's skilled and does an amazing job! My daughter had 4 of her wisdom teeth removed all at once. She was in and out quickly, fully taken care of with everything she needed (including medical scripts ready to go) and 3 weeks later she's doing great! I highly recommend this office due to their wonderful service and care!

Amazing staff Dr. Hall is king and explains everything. My daughter had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and the 4th worked on and she is barely in pain. I was so nervous and to see how amazing she is doing makes me so happy we took her to Dr.hall and his amazing staff.

I called to schedule an appointment for my son that was referred to the dentist. When calling the receptionist told me that there was a cancellation and if I can make it to the office at 1 o'clock I say that I will take that appointment on my arrival to the office the receptionist told me that my appointment was at 1 o'clock but I needed to arrive at 12:45 and that because I was late they had to reschedule my appointment until next year. I told them that I was told to be there at 1pm and that's the time I arrived. One of the employees name Latoya Started to scream at me saying that she was not gonna take me because I was late and she started saying all this other stuff I ask to talk to a supervisor so one of the receptionist went to ask the dentist of the misunderstanding of the time and she say he will see my son. In the meantime this Latoya employee kept saying all this negative stuff to me and the other girls that work with her. That is so unprofessional of her getting an attitude with the Clients. After half an hour past the girl Latoya skipped my folder and took another client I have to wait for an hour to see the dentist. There's employee needs to be retrain on customer service ethics because from what I heard from the other stuff this is not the first time this employee it's rude to clients. Or she should just quit if she's not happy with her job And stop treating clients bad. Because employees like her made clients not want to come back to this office. The rest of the staff were so respectful and keep apologizing to me about this employee.

I was there a few days ago to get my two lower wisdoms removed. The doctor was very professional but the nurses or whoever they were, super rude. They kept laughing and spurring out in screams and jokes as I stared at them with a face of "just get this over with". They were so gibberish when they asked for my moms name and gave it to them they burst out laughing even more just to proceed and say "no just your moms first name", might seem like something little but it bothered me a lot, especially right before a surgery I consider delicate. Never coming here again, those 541 dollars I spent there could of went somewhere most likely cheaper under insurance with more "professional" staff.
