My experience was amazing! When I called, Rosana has an outstanding client service that allows me to choose the best option for my appointment. I have to have oral surgery, I was super nervous, but Doctor Kogan's Leo Assistant was so kind to figure out how to keep me calm. Dr. Mark Kogan describes in great detail the procedure and what to expect. There was no pain in my procedure. I have to send some of the documents to my dentist and Luna did it the right way. I cannot overemphasize that the Dental Specialty Center is an incredible group.

Wait room super small they over book and make you wait outside in the heat no where to unless you drive your own car ... They advised us they would call us ..me and my daughter which I was referred to bring here sat in the car for more than 2 hours. Came inside to the clerk to see what's going on .. clerk well we called you... But they never did. Then to verify my number she just publicly announced my phone number out ..... u perfection all they way around .. coming in filling out paperwork work you have clients all on your bk due to spacing.. just bad and sad

My husband went in for an urgent consultation due to a fractured molar and the staff and doctors were very kind and helpful. Ashley helped make the entire process quick and effortless. Dr. Kogan was available and was able to complete the extraction on the same day, which we are very grateful for. The assistants and front desk staff were all very patient and attentive and took the time to explain everything to us in detail as well as how to care for the incision. We could not be more pleased with our experience and while this location is far for us, we will continue to come here when necessary.

I Asked if they were associated with the dentist next door because of him my daughter lost her 2 front teeth. I was told no, no association. I asked for something for anxiety because it was my 1st root canal I was told no because they don't know me. I showed up for my appointment While I was sitting there waiting someone asked if they were associated with the dentist next door and they said yes. 20 minutes after I was supposed to be seen I was called to the desk They told me I would have to pay them $1100 up front before even seeing the doctor. I explained I would not be doing that and went outside to speak to my dentist. when I came back in they were all talking c*** about me in Spanish. I understand Spanish so I would not allow them to touch me at all.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Staff and management was very welcoming and beyond attentive to my every need. The entire process was straight to the point, from waiting time to duration of procedure. My insurance surprisingly covered everything, as their prices compared to other places aren't as high. I give Dental Specialty Center of Cutler Bay 5 stars! The doctor was excellent. My recuperation was fast and painless. It was a pleasure to work with the office manager Dairenys Luna on my treatment plan and how she worked with my insurance company. I highly recommend this dentist.

THEY TAKE WAY TOO LONG. waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half after my previously set appointment. don't give an appointment at a certain time just to attend me 1+ hours later. horrible service room just way too small everyone has to wait outside. literally reminds me of the DMV

I was here for wisdom teeth removal as well as a crown and I have no complainants. Everyone in this office is so polite and helpful. Very satisfied with choosing them and will recommend everyone to them!
