If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my child there for an evaluation on the removal of wisdom teeth. They told me they submit the claim to be reviewed and approved by my insurance. That was almost 2 months ago. I was calling weekly to check with them and let them know my insurance still hadn't received the paperwork. Last week I called again and the office manager berated me on the phone. Yelling and acting completely inappropriate. Insisting she sent the forms and sometimes it takes months. I explained that I have called my ins company and they have no such request from them. Then she started screaming "are you saying I'm a liar?" I don't know what's wrong with the staff there but they certainly don't care about their jobs let alone patients. Worst experience with a dentist office I've ever had. The also overcharged me on the evaluation and refuse to correct it. Stay away and find an office that cares about patients.

I really hate dental work and have a huge fear. I needed a root canal and was referred to Dr. Galsterer and I must admit he was excellent! He was gentle and understood my fear. He did an amazing job and his prices are decent. The whole staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend Dental Specialty Center for root canals. Thank you again for making my experience a positive one.

The girl who answered the phone was rude af. My daughter who is not even legal to drink is in extreme pain after two impacted wisdom teeth, one that was sideways. Called to ask if she was in this much pain in a few days, is there a refill? She treated me like my child was a pill popper. Wtaf! She wouldn't make an appointment to see the Dr. either so he could see how much pain she was in, she's too swollen. Uncaring, insensitive and unprofessional!

After being rescheduled multiple times by this office due to the surgeon having a new baby and random scheduling issues, I had to reschedule once due to testing positive for Covid the day before my appointment. I called the office multiple times the day I was tested positive with Covid and left several voice-mail because this office never answers the phone. I offered to send proof via email of my positive Covid test as well. One of the receptionist finally called me back this morning with a bunch of attitude rescheduling my appointment for another 2 month's out.

The staff is friendly and super helpful as far as providing information and recommendations to help improve your smile. My experience both times was exceptional I recommend everyone should come here if you need a root canal done

Followed all directions given to me for my appointment. I came to my appointment on time the day that is stated on my paperwork. I was told that I was given the wrong date, they called me by a different name thought I was a different person , they tried to find anyway to say it was my fault telling me I rescheduled the appointment, telling me I should've confirmed when it's their job and their responsibility to confirm the appointment. Not only did I lose a day of pay but my fiance and my mother did as well. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I was supposed to be having my surgery today I will be taking my services elsewhere.

I could not be any happier with Dental Specialty Center of Cape Coral. I came down from Ohio for the winter to Fort Myers. Before I left Ohio, I had to find a periodontist close to where I was staying. I was introduced to Anne Lindsey Broderick, she would be taking care of me. I will start with the staff. Including the front desk and Lindsey's Assistants. What a great group of professionals, caring, and so thorough. They are so committed to making you feel comfortable. Everyone that I had any interactions with was so amazing. I thank them for all the help and support that they have given me. Dr. Broderick, it's hard for me to put it in words on how much I appreciate you! She knew how nervous I was to have the work she had to do on me. She was so kind and explained everything she was going to do before the surgery. She was exceptional!! The work ethic and the compassion she has, is something I have not experienced in Ohio. Made appointment. Called the day before to confirm, showed up, doors locked. They never called to tell me the appt was moved to ft.myers office. Made another appointment, called to confirm the day before, asked if it was being moved to ft.myers they said no. They called me later that day and told me it was being moved to ft.myers. The reason for 4 stars is Dr. Galester, the guy did a great job. So great the dentist who filled the root canal couldn't believe how small the hole galester made. My tips for dealing with this office, call a couple hours before your appt to make sure it wasn't moved. So you don't drive out of the way and waste an hour, to get a "sorry" through the teeth from a receptionist who first said they called, then realized they had not.

Tried to get in with a referral. Molar extraction needed in lots of pain. Was told all our patients are in pain. Best date available feb 2022. Its now dec 8. Are you kidding me?

I had a route canal done with this office before a couple years ago in another location and I loved that visit and was happy to know I was recommended to this office again. Everyone is super sweet and kind. I had another route canal done and I loved how professional the staff was and how clean everything was. I did have a panic attack but the assistant was so sweet and was there the whole time. The dentist was very kind as well and very professional. Also when I went upfront still having a little bit of anxiety the front desk ladies noticed and asked if I was ok and helped further to make me feel better. I can't thank them enough for everything.

I went in for 4 wisdom teeth removal and was in there like quick painless and fast dr.hall is the best would recommend to anyone who needs wisdom tooth procedure done

This place took care of my 13 year old who has incredibly high anxiety. They gave her nitrous, relaxed and calmed her, and performed a very difficult root canal. Thank you for being so patient and caring.

I can't sing the praises of Dr. Hall and his staff enough - thank you all so incredibly much for such an amazing experience. I had a wisdom tooth extracted with just numbing meds today. I generally have terrible anxiety about these types of procedures as I've had bad experiences in the past, with less experienced and unequipped providers, and today, I went in there with the same kind of anxiety. But, God got me through it, and Dr. Hall is so skilled, and kind - and had my wisdom tooth out within 5 minutes! I was so happy! I mean, the skill is unbeliebale. Please do yourself a favor and go with an experienced oral surgeon as opposed to a densist, where you might find yourself in a world of trouble and more pain than it's worth. Previous extractions Ive had with a dentist took 45 minutes and forver to get numb. Here, the numbing process was indeed painful, but quick - and I was numb within 3 minutes. 5 stars all the way. Thank you so much Dr. Hall - I have already recommended you to everyone I know!

Dr.Hall and his staff are truly amazing..From the front desk to assistants.Super friendly,professional, knowledgeable and experienced..Worth the wait, worth the time,..worth every penny.I have a really big treatment plan,and a mouth full of mess..To the point of embarrasment, and I can't wait for completion of my treatment plan.

I truly wish I could leave negative stars !! I am leaving this review as a warning for any one looking for a reputable and dependable provider. My experience has been filled with frustration and delay. I have scheduled with this location months and months out and each time they cancel and "reschedule " the appointment each a month or more out . The first time is understandable and accommodated, however the 2nd and third time were just too much! The latest cancel was the day of the appointment after having confirmed and followed up the day prior and completely rearranging my schedule to make it work. I had already worked with multiple reschedule requests , and so it is clear this provider must feel as their time is the only one of value. Secondly the women who called to do the rescheduling was completely callus and entirely unprofessional. She was clearly not concerned with the situation that their neglect to follow through multiple times had now put me in and basically their view as a whole is " oh well " it's your problem not ours! WOW! I must say I have never dealt with such disregard from a professional. Needless to say I would much rather go elsewhere and work with a provider that is actually accountable for the scheduling that they make with their clients. If your time is valuable and you will need a dependable schedule this is certainly not the provider for you. If you ask to be made a priority as you have accommodated multiple reschedules you will be met with sarcasm and point blank get told take it or leave it. Can't even imagine that a provider would treat clients in such a way. I hope that this concern is really addressed. Not only the schedule issue the practice has but also it's customer care issue as well.

The entire office staff was so kind and helpful. They were very gentile with my elderly mom and dad. Wonderful customer service, and very friendly dentists.

Brought my 9 year old daughter for her 2pm appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early. We watched 11 people come in, get seen, and leave in the hour we were there. I asked how much longer after 30 minutes, they said another 10 minutes. We walked out at 3pm without being seen.Ridiculous!

Way overpriced. Shop around if you dont have insurance. Unfortunately it was a situation that couldnt be avoided, and this dentist took full advantage of that fact.
