This is the worst dentist specialist my wife has ever been to ever!!!!!! This place is a SCAM. my pregnant wife went there today to extract her wisdom tooth and they scammed her by telling her after numbing her mouth THAT THERE WOULD BE A 900 dollar charge. Her dentist specifically referred her here because this place took our insurance. PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE THEY DONT TELL YOU THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND THE CHARGE WAS FOR A "COLLAGEN PLUG" ALSO her dentist said no xrays again since he already did them because she is pregnant but they re did her X-rays just to charge money. What. A FILTHY AND DISGUSTING PLACE. They scam you of money by lying to you. Please report this place.

I was refused the service because I was an hour late because of an emergency. Next day I got an appointment and they told me they will refuse the service after 15mins. Now I'm waiting here an hour and half for now. I can't believe I was referred to this place and if I could I would have given a minus star.

DO not go to this office! For extraction of tooth , these people made me pay an additional $900.00 . They said it's mandatory after extraction to do synthetic bone graft. Without it and paying extra it can't be removed.. then after paying all that money, tooth removed, I never got a prescription for antibiotics or painkillers. I was in pain all weekend long. Then when I call the office the receptionist had an attitude like what's my problem.... Really! After all the pain I had ... oh also the oral surgeon said within a few days the stitching will dissolve, up to today it's still there, gum healing and thread is hanging... where is the dissolvable thread .. also they did not clean my mouth after the extraction properly, when I'm gargling I'm still having broken pieces if that's what it is... horrid place!

I was receiving Invisalign treatment at dental speciality in Jamaica queens on hillside avenue. I got up to tray number eight and so far came out of pocket over $3,000.00. I have gone to the office, I called the office the manager/ owner there is never there or refuse my phone calls. They are refusing service to me until they receive more money. I have been disrespected and called out of my name. My teeth are currently still crooked and I just want a perfect smile. I started treatment in 2019 right before the pandemic. I am exhausted trying to reach out to this office not to mention this is money that I am out of when I have 2 young children and I am a single mother. I never thought this experience would be so awful, All I wanted to do is achieve a perfect smile. But all that had happened is a dent in my pocket and stuck with the same ugly smile. I've been going through this problem for over 2 years and still no one try's to do the right thing at this office. They even left the Invisalign pieces on my teeth and said they would come off but they are still holding on.

This location is very unorganized. They do not inform the patients before hand of the process and procedures that you are being treated for. The wait is outrageous again without any explanations of why. And they add unnecessary procedures to bill the insurance companies.

Just really good people in the office definitely there to try and help you out no issues whatsoever other than getting in touch sometimes with the office cuz they're usually extremely busy!

This dental office is the WORST!! The dentist Arian is so rude, he just walked in and started talking. I did not even know he was the dentist. I could tell that he does not give AF about the patients only money. $900 for a collagen plug that's not even needed. I will be going to a different office. While waiting there was even another patient who came in complaining of severe pain after the work they had done. He should not be a dentist dealing with the public at all.

My wife got a referral here to extract her wisdom tooth. What a horrible and disgusting experience we had. They gave her local anesthesia. Didn't even wait to get the numbness kick in. The DDS came, did not say a word and broke the tooth. She screamed in pain and the nurse said she can't make noise, has to bear it. They didn't even prescribe her any antibiotics or pain killer. How they're in business? Avoid these careless people at any cost

Please avoid this place at all cost. If you need a wisdom tooth extracted they will try to scam you into getting a $900 bone graft to fill the hole. I went twice and both times they told me I needed to pay to get graft or the surgeon would not remove the tooth. I didnt let them do anything to me and I left. Trust me this is not a place you want to go to have ANYTHING done to your mouth lest your pocket will feel the pain.

Worst dentist ever! Avoid if you can. Bunch of criminals. Went in for a tooth extraction on the recommendation of my usual dentist and they refused to do it After making me wait for almost 3 hrs after my appointment time. Instead they wanted me to carry out an extra procedure so that they could make more money. My tooth hurt with a headache (had to carry the pain for an extra week) and I had to reschedule with a different dentist In order to get it done.

We had an appointment to take out a tooth for 11:00 am and the procedure didn't take place until 2:00 pm. When inquired as to how much longer we have to wait, the lady, named (I believe) Charlie, at 12:30, she responded in a very rude and authoritative manner. She said the doctor just walked in and we still have 3 patients waiting ahead of you. When asked why were we given an appointment two hours before to which they had no answer except to fill out the forms. Very rude staff. They don't care about others' time. She said they give early appointments and have patients wait since they don't want the doctor to wait for patient. They wasted three hours of our time (while the patients were having severe pain and were already xrayed, checked and referred to them by their primary dentists) in taking X-rays and trying to sell us services not covered by insurance instead of taking out the tooth. There were other patients complaining of the same fact that they have been waiting with 10 and 10:30 appointments. . BTW the actual procedure on our 11 am appointment has not started yet and the time now is 1:50pm. I had another appointment elsewhere @12:30 that I have missed already and am about to be late or miss my 2 o'clock class now.
