This is about my experience and not about their skills. Ive seeing dentist from different countries due to nature of my job, i've been cared with Dentist in the Philippines, Syria, India, and my first encounter with American dentist is in Illinois and all were amazing except this one. I was called in for "consultation" for dental implant. And so I went with my appointment at the front desk I was ask to signed a consent for dental implant procedure and the total cost of the implant. I had conversation with the finance person that I wasn't given heads up that first they will do the procedure on the day of consultation and 2nd never discuss that cost that included and telling me that "I should have asked over the phone if theres a fee involve." So when I said I am not going to go through the consultation I was told that I still have to pay a cancellation fee because the Doctor has allotted 1 hrs and 30 minutes of his time for me. - thats for the financial issue Poor patient education- I didnt know or expect that I will have a dental surgery at same day of consultation. But they know but there is no preop preparation, no one cared to call or said "hey your going for a dental surgery and we recommend you to do this and that and of course discuss what to prepare and what to expect and what is the downtime etc. they dont even know or ask if your allergic to any drugs before they prescribe you something. It was same day sched for my hygenist and that was the game changer my first time experience with them is in fairness amazing like 5 stars haha so I didnt expect a lousy service on the second visit. The hygenist who is not aware I had a bad experience in the front took me in and do her stuff and walk me through, asked about how I did from last visit and give me info about how im in better condition from last time, with my experience with her since I will pay for cancellation fee for the next doctor to see I was able to calm down and go with it for the consultation of Dr. Hunt. And assure me that he would do a good job on my dental implant after this I discuss payment plan with finance officer and we came to agreement. I guess everything can be solve with diplomatic communication. This situation could be handled in a better and positive way if only they would give complete information with there patients. Its my first time to have bad experience with dental clinic lols, if its your first time and looking for a dental clinic that will take care of you and you come here dont expect that info will be given to you if you dont ask. Asking is the key.

Don't fall for the "$49 cleaning and xray special". You pay the money and get a high pressure sales pitch. Perhaps I did need some of the work they claimed, but they didn't even do my cleaning that I paid for. Incredibly dishonest way to do business.

After wrongfully charging me over something the insurance covered. They gave me the biggest hassle to pay me back. 7 months later they texted me that my check would be mailed. After I keep calling and with no return phone calls. Horrible director. Front desk ladies are ok. The guy who answers not so much.

I started coming to this office in February and highly recommended them; the staff and dentists are great and I'm really glad to see that they have taken appropriate precautions for COVID-19 safety. Today I had my 6 month exam and Lisa the assistant was fantastic, very friendly and made me feel safe and very comfortable. They have a Hygientist in the office and also Ortho comes once a month, overall 5 stars and definitely recommend!

"Sorry Bud" Not very professional. No sincere apologies when they make a mistake. Going in to pick up replacement retainers today after 2+ Weeks when we set up this appointment. All I got was a 'sorry bud' and them showing me this paper that it should have arrived last week. Well you had all that time to let me know they were not gonna be there. They didnt care and offer any real apologies. I made time to leave work to be there, yet they dont think about my time or even the amount of money ive spent at their location.

Going in for a cleaning or follow up cleaning? This review is about their process and my experience. Coming in for my follow up which I was so happy to go to since the pandemic closed them down for a couple months and I needed a cleaning and to continue my Invisalign treatment. I was there for almost two hours basically for nothing. I did new x rays and was eager to start the cleaning. After inspecting my gums and teeth they recommended a deep cleaning. I'm all for my oral health and have spent a ton of money for deep cleanings before. But it wasn't like my gums were inflamed , bleeding , or showing poor oral hygiene. If there was clear signs I would've spent the $500 extra to do a deep cleaning. But I paid $70 for a regular cleaning / polish which they wouldn't do unless I got the deep cleaning first. So they did nothing and kept my $70 So point is they should explain their process before taking people's money. If I had a heads up that it covers x rays and oral inspection with the possibility of no cleaning because they think they need to do a deep cleaning I would've been okay. So I felt like I wasted my time and money especially after getting this prolonged from the pandemic shut down. If all they did was get one area that had a little build up with their scaler I would've been happy and I even asked if they would but they refused. So I bought my own scaler / tools to clear up one tooth that has a little build up in between so I won't need them to schedule anymore

Staff and Doctors are wonderful. Explained all treatment to me in detail. As soon as I walked in the front office made me feel welcomed as if I have been coming there for years.

The best part about this place it is still brand new . Nobody in line or over booking an appointment I was in and out in 2 hours got my x-rays done ,consultation and a soft cleaning. Staff for very knowledgeable fast and friendly I will be recommending this place to friends and family

Very friendly staff starting with the receptionist all the thru with the specialist and x-ray technician. Was walked thru every step and every that was being done to me and very knowledgeable. Hadn't been to the dentist as I hate the dentist but after the very first visit with dental specialist of Riverside, I found a dentist for life. Thank very much dental specialist of Riverside.

I've had bad experiences with previous dental offices and I decided to give this place a try. I have to say the customer service is excellent ( I would give that a 5 star) however, I waited for 3 1/2 hours to have braces put on and only to be told at the very end there is an X-ray that needs to be done but their machine isn't working. If you need services done to your office equipment and that's a requirement to have this service done, why not let the patient know from the beginning of their appointment " Our machine doesn't work, you need to reschedule a different day". Totally frustrating and disappointing I'm a little skeptical if I want to return back for services.
