Dr. Llavona was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus, with a Bachelor degree in Biology obtained high honors. She continued her studies in the University of Puerto Rico, Recinto de Ciencias Medicas, Dental School and graduated in 2005 Cum Laude. Committed to learn new technologies in the Dental Field she decided to move to Florida and complete a two year training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University, and in 2009 she culminated studies in Endodontics from Nova.
Her passion for learning and excelling has continued by becoming a member of the American Dental Association , American Association in Endodontics and the American Association in Aesthetic. She has mastered the use of a Dental Operating Microscope, ultrasonics and rotary instrumentation, by also providing her patients Botox and Dermafillers treatments.
She is currently married to Dr. Francisco Oliver since 2005 and nurture three beautiful children. Together they own two state of the art dental practices were is noticeable their passion and love to help others in all their dental needs.
Dr. Oliver graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Dental School in 2004, and from 2004-2005, completed his General Practice Residency. He also attended Nora Southwestern University with an advanced education in general dentistry from 2005-2006, as well as the Periodontal Program from 2006-2009. He graduated from dental school in 2004, and the Periodontal Program in 2009. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico at the Rio Piedras Campus.
Providing the most advanced dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are the priorities of Jessica Papir, D.M.D. Dr. Papir is among the most accomplished and regarded general dentists in Broward. She is diligent in her pursuit to stay current in providing the professions leading dental care while utilizing new technology applied to traditional best practices.
Dr. Papir has been a life-long resident of South Florida, practicing in Miami-Dade and Broward for 15 years. She is a graduate of Florida State University and earned her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from University of Florida. Dr. Papir then completed a General Practice Residency at the Medical College of New York. After graduation, she returned to South Florida to practice in her community.
Michelle has over 7 years administrative experience in office management and marketing. She is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. She has exceptional knowledgewith insurance companies and polices. Thus being able to offerpatients a complete understanding of their treatment and insurance benefits. She has gained extensiveexperience while working atDental Specialists.
Leslie was born in Colombia where she studied Finance and International Business. In 2008 she decided to move to the United States to pursueher career, but in 2011 she had a change of heart and fell in love with dentistry. She was offered an opportunity to study dentalassisting in South Florida Dental. She has been working along side Dr. Oliver and Dr. Llavona since 2013. She loves her job and looks forward to seeing all the patients smile.
Bianca is one of our dental hygienists who graduated at Broward College and has both licenses in dental hygiene and assisting. Bianca is passionate not only about her job, but is also very hands on in educating and improving the families we serve in the various communities of South Florida. When not at work, Bianca enjoys local volunteer work as well as spending time with her family. Here at Dental specialists we are proud to be a family oriented practice and pride ourselves in giving the highest standard of care to all of our patients by staying abreast on the newest and innovate technologies dentistry has to offer. Bianca is very friendly and looks forward to expanding our dental family one smile at a time.

I had a very pleasant experience! from the front desk, to Dr.Francisco, to the dental hygienist Juan. Everyone was so kind and professional. Pricing was reasonable as well. Definitely consider dental specialists of Pines

The front desk staff is awesome and Juan gave my daughter and me a great cleaning. Honestly, my teeth haven't felt this clean in a long while. Dr. Francisco gave superb advice and I am looking forward to going back soon.

This whole practice is fantastic! Drs are great, they fixed a poorly done root canal and crown for me. Front office staff is also great! Very communicative and billing is smooth. I highly recommend!!

Valerie and Michelle greeted me at the front desk with a smile and were very helpful with the entire billing process. This dental specialist was exceptional. She explained the entire process ahead of time. She was gentle and compassionate. I am so glad that I came here for treatment and I highly recommend this location.

Awesome service, super friendly and sweet staff! My mom needed a root canal as she was dealing with lots of pain and discomfort. She is now very happy after her treatment, and although she's been afraid of getting dental procedures, she said she's never been more comfortable and at ease! Thank you!

The service is amazing starting from on the phone. They're extremely polite and work to accommodate you. I had a dental emergency and they were willing to see me next day. On follow up visits both the dental assistants and reception will recognize you unlike other high volume dentists. The doctors are also extremely kind and will work with you as well. I went in for a consultation and the doctor asked if I was available to start treatment immiedetly so the problem could be resolved. I don't know if this is common practice for endodontists but at another endodontist in pines they wanted to do 2 different consults before considering any treatment. Overall I will be going here again.

I came in for a cleaning and it was as great of an experience as you could wish for when going to the dentist. They called me in promptly after I arrived. Everyone at the office was super friendly and the dentist took his time explaining to me what issues I had with my teeth, why I had those issues and how we were going to solve them. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a very painful experience with my root canal, during the procedure Front desk staff came into the room and rushing the doctor and said that you have another patient waiting for you, so she rushed out and didn't even smooth the filling on my tooth. The doctor didn't explain anything during the process and I was scared since there was a smoke coming out of my mouth and I was smelling burnt bone. She was talking Spanish to her assistant, which I couldn't understand. I am calling the office for two days to speak to the doctor and no-one returned my call. Worse experience ever!

Found this dentist after needing emergency root canal. Discovered of the best dentist I've ever had. I drive an hour out of my way to get here. Worth every minute. From the dentist to the front staff, they are very professional. Highly recommend no matter where are you live in South Florida.

Amazing customer service, I showed up 30 minutes lte and they honored my appointment, they were extremely nice and welcoming. I had a cleaning scheduled and Bianca was an amazing dental hygienist. The best and most painfree experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. Highly recommend!
