My brother is in need of dental care and has Humana HMO dental insurance. Trying to deal with Affiliated Dental Specialists has been like pulling teeth (pun intended). Their answering service guy is very disrespectful, does not care about the people trying to get dental service, and instead would rather show his power by not being helpful. Humana told my brother that these people have been approved. Then it became a matter of, well, you have to have the LOCATION approved. Humana told my brother they sent a fax to the right location, yet Affiliated says they never got it. THEY DON'T CARE, especially the guy they have answering their phone. The regional manager called me, but I don't believe he cares either about how their phone guy talked to me. Why trust them with your teeth??? Go somewhere else!!!!

Very please with services at this office. Reception is tentative with appoints and keeping you updated with new one. Doctor and his assistant work very well together. Will continue to treat with this office

Had an 8am appointment, office staff showed up at 8:20 and said the doctor wouldn't be in until after 9. Didn't receive a call or anything. I won't be wasting my time trying to reschedule

I had the most unprofessional and inconsiderate experience as a potential new patient. When I arrived on 4/3/2018 for my 8am appointment, my appointment was not in the system and the dental associates were not there. I was told the delay was because the manager was stuck behind a traffic accident-which I could understand. When I am finally called in for my appointment at 8:3 am, no one could find my new patient paperwork that I submitted online in February. So after waiting for 30 minutes, I was told I could do the paperwork no. I declined and left their office. When I called a few hours later to make a complaint with the office manager, I was told they were unavailable, but I would receive a call back. That was interesting because the person I spoke to NEVER asked me for my phone number and if they didn't have my appointment on file or my new patient paperwork, how would they be able to access my phone number??? When I pointed that out to her, she responded by calling me by an incorrect last name which made me feel she was not interested in my complaint or getting my information to the office manager.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Dental Specialist Of Florida. Everyone was welcoming from the moment i walked through the door! The Doctor was thorough, gentle and attentive to my needs. My cleaning was the best i ever had. Thank You Dental Specialist Of Florida for giving the red carpet treatment!!!

Getting an appointment at my last dentist office for a cleaning was a hassle. Being a patient of Orthodontic Specialists of Florida and loving the service provided, I decided to give Dental Specialists a try. After having my initial consultation and cleaning, I am VERY happy I gave them a try. Dr. Rajagopalan was very professional, thorough and gentle with my needs during my cleaning. Linda was very pleasant over the phone and in person (she even walked me to my car with an umbrella due to the storm) and lastly, Alyssa was very attentive and friendly while prepping me for my cleaning. It was great to know such caring people were behind the scenes and I will definitely be back!
