Dr. Rachel C. Azinge is a family dentist and the dental director of Dental Spa Of Texas in Frisco, Texas, since 2004. Dr. Azinge received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997. While practicing in New York, she began to perfect her skills as a dental craftswoman, whose scientific knowledge and artistic insight has helped perform many smile makeovers with amazing results.
Dr. Azinge, also known as Dr. Amazing by her patients, has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
Dr. Azinges greatest passion is for her daughter and godson, who are her pride and joy! She is originally from London but loves calling Frisco, Texas, her home! She is very soft-spoken, and her patients love her British accent. She is also known as the Gentle Dentist. She believes that listening and showing deep concern for her patients will make them feel comfortable in all dental procedures. This belief is also reflected in her team.
Dr. Azinge is one of an elite group of dentists who personally sculpt patients new smiles in sync with facial proportions and personal goals. Her approach to cosmetic dentistry provides her patients with smiles that are not only beautiful but help them project that image of all that they can be. She welcomes patients of all ages and is great with kids and all family members. She welcomes all patients from Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Allen, Plano, The Colony, Little Elm and Carrollton.
She proudly became the Official Team Dentist for the Dallas Mavericks affiliate, the Texas Legends NBA-D League, in 2016. Since then, she has sponsored several Frisco community events and enjoys helping with donations to the Frisco Family Services.
Jill Coleman Registered Dental Assistant Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University. She then earned her RDA certificate from Kaplan University. Jill is also a CPR instructor through American Red Cross.
Jill has been a part of the Dental Spa Of Texas team for over a decade. She is truly there for our patients and enjoys helping them get their smile back. She helps them feel welcomed, important and comfortable. Jill is very patient. Ask her as many questions as you like, and she will do her best to answer them.

At Dental spa they are very professional and loving people, from the front desk lady to the doctor. We are very happy we go there.

Dr. A. is very gentle dentist and does not recommend services that are not needed. This is a plus. Dr. A's assistant, Jill is always full of life and laughter. This is extremely helpful when teeth need to be extracted etc. Dental Spa offers flexible payment plans. Another important Avenue to encourage one to maintain great dental health. I am pleased with the services my family and I have received for the past 10 years. My son, Prince and my husband prefer Dr. A. if they must see a dentist. This was especially true admid the pandemic. There are a plethora of dentist in the vicinity, but, only 1 Dr. A.

I love the dental spa of Texas they are very nice helpful and I feel right at home. I really enjoy coming to this dentist office. There's no better dentist place then dental spa of Texas. I recommend it to everyone.

I've been receiving my dental care at the Dental Spa of Texas over the past 10 years and am very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Azinge is amazing. She is competent, gentle, and kind, and provides personalized attention to her patients. Jill, her assistant, is wonderful also.. I am always attended to promptly. I would highly recommend Dental Spa of Texas.

This dental office is the best I have been to by far. All of the staff are welcoming and accomidating, the dentist is knowledgable and takes the time to sit down with you and go over your visit. They didn't overbook their scheduel like some offices, and I could tell that the focus was on each patient rather than how many patients could be crammed into a day. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, and overall the experience was a 10/10 (this is coming from someone that generally avoids dentists like the plague).

Loved this office! Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist and everyone in between. Dr. Rachel Azinge is a great listener and made me feel like I'd known her for years. Staff has been together over 15 years. I highly recommend the Dental Spa of Texas. Also, I referred my elderly mother. to Dr. Azinge. The staff was wonderful! They were so patient with my mom who is extremely hard of hearing. She was very nervous about a tooth extraction and everyone made her feel calm and comfortable. The entire team is gentle and caring. I'm so grateful to have found the Dental Spa of Texas. Thank you!

I went there with a toothache Is and x-rays in my cavity filled. It seemed like it was a money making scam they took x-rays Added up some bills and and told me to come back next week it would take 2 days never heard of such I have a damn toothache and it hurts. I won't be going back Monday

I really liked the Dentist. We recently moved to Texas and was looking for a new dentist for my son. The staff was helpful and organized and I had no problem scheduling an appointment online. The reminders that they send you are very helpful.

Love my dentist! Dr. Azinge is so sweet and gentle with such a loving, warm spirit. I simply enjoy my visits with her. Her staff is always so welcoming and friendly and they do very thorough cleanings.

I very much dislike going to the dentist and have foolishly avoided it for years. Dr. Azinge and her staff make the experience comfortable and inviting. They exude joy in how they treat their patients with their smiles and their gentle and professional care. Very thankful that I chose them when I got back into the oral hygiene game.
