Active in their communities, Dr. Shadid and his wife hold leadership positions in a range of civic and charitable organizations. Dr. Shadid is a proud volunteer in the New Jersey County Pediatric Dental Program, helping children in need of dental care.

Lois assists the doctor in all phases of dental treatment. She has been in the field for 40 years and is a graduate of Berdan Institute. Lois and her husband are very involved in the Cadillac Club of North Jersey as Director and Treasurer, respectively.

Marina has been working in Dental Administration for the past seven years. She enjoys helping patients in their progress of Dental needs, and she claims, It can change someones life when they are confident in their smile.

Franca has 34 years of experience in the Dental Hygiene field. She has a bachelors degree in allied health from Montclair State University and an associate degree in dental hygiene from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. She holds a Dental Hygiene license in Connecticut and New Jersey. Her specialty is Periodontal disease. She has experience assisting during Implants, Lamap, and Crown Lengthening placement. Outside of the office, Franca enjoys traveling and hiking.

Irene graduated from Cuny in 1996 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 24 years of experience in the Dental field working in New Jersey and New York. She has worked in general dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics in her field. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading in her free time.

Sara graduated as Dental Hygienist in 2016 from Middlesex County College. She was awarded Excellent Clinical Development. She is very dedicated to the preventive dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and leave her chair loving their smile. As well as being a licensed cosmetologist, she enjoys spending my free time with my family and my dog.
