I had a very fine experience at the Dental Solutions Offices located in Voorhees, Shepard Road. Dr. Christine is a first rate professional practioner working with an equally professional staff. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Very disorganized. Was there for an hour and a half, moved back and forth between 2 different rooms and the waiting room, and finally just walked out without getting an exam or a cleaning.

Cleanings are a pleasure. I recently had an emergency and they fit me in same day without a hassle. Everyone is friendly even though they appear super busy.

Awful experience. I came in as a new patient, made an emergency appointment for severe jaw and tooth pain of a filling that came out. I waited an hour went back and was asked why I'm coming in, told the tech why I came in then she got me X-rays, doctor comes in I explain what's been going on and he sticks a random dentist tool in my filling tooth and says "your filling is still in youre fine" I told him that tooth's been in severe pain whenever I eat on it, he again told me my filling is ok then told me to go up to the front desk and they will give me a referral to a random tmj specialist but if they don't accept my insurance to call my company. So I wasted an hour just to be told to go home and they didn't help me at all! Didn't do anything for my severe tooth pain and also didn't X-ray all of my teeth, only the 1 tooth that's been bothering me. Pretty sure you're supposed to X-ray ALL teeth to make sure there's no cavities. Super super rude dentists and unprofessional would never come back.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bowen who is an orthodontist and she good. The only thing I didnt like is that she was over talking me a little bit when she asked me what were my concerns about my teeth that I would like to fix. I was attempting to explain but she was cutting me off at times. That was a little annoying but then again she came off like almost like passive/aggressive.

Dr. Gacita is the best Dentist I've ever encountered. I'm glad I switched to him. He aspires to perfection. I had a filling that was done multiple times by other doctors in the past that kept falling out. Dr. Gacita did the filling and it's been solid ever since. He crowned my root canals with Zirconia crowns, which are made of a stronger material. I highly recommend and trust him.

Ebony is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to look like! Due to the pandemic and low staffing my routine dental care was off schedule. I returned to Dental Solutions in Voorhees as a patient and was told the next available appointment was in October, this was the month of May! Ebony, front desk personnel, was very sympathetic to my concern about having to wait so long. She advised me to check back regularly for cancellations. The day after my office visit she called with an opening due to a cancellation. I was completely overjoyed. Now, to understand my excitement in this call is to understand the number of times I'd been told by my medical service providers they would call me back and didn't. Here was a medical provider actually reaching out to me to address my concern. I wish every office, medical or not, had an Ebony!

DO NOT GO HERE! They messed up my teeth big time! I am also not the only one who thinks this place should be shut down. This is a father son business so I wouldn't recommend complaint to the office, but better yet get a lawyer.I am very disappointed with George the oral surgeon who works there. I got a tooth pulled and he jammed the needles in without really caring what he was doing. He then accused me twice of being an opioid addiction, after saying no the first time. Then I told him the tooth that was bothering me and he didn't even pull the right one that was causing the most pain. Now I'm experiencing jaw pain from the needles. This doctor needs to go back to school, or at least needs more training. Do not go here this doctor is rude and unprofessional!

Organized process from entering until you leave. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No long wait time. Dental Assistant welcoming. She offered to make me comfortable. The Dentist was soft-spoken which put me at ease. Explained the steps of the procedures. He was very patient. It was a long process. He was gentle with the instruments. He kept asking if I was ok. Updating me on where we were in the process. I had a good experience. I hope their client-base increases.

I love the professionalism of everyone in the office. They work wonderfully with my children and that means the whole world to me. My son has had previous experiences, in the past, which had him horrified of the dentist. The hygienist and the x-ray technician really did well, soothing and explaining everything before they did anything on him. I really wish that it was easier to get appointments all together. I and my husband were scheduled on different days. For example, I have to Bring in my son tomorrow and I'll have an appointment on Thursday. I would rather the whole family have appointments at the same time since we live so far away.
