The front end office management of the orthodontics side of the practice is terrible. Staff are rude, unprofessional, and don't return calls in a timely manner. If I didn't already spend several hundred dollars initiating invisalign treatment for my daughter, I'd leave the practice. Do NOT go to this practice for braces. The front end office staff make it a miserable experience.

This was my first time and the experience was exceptional, the Staff was warm and had a friendly disposition, they were very professional and explained everything to me in detail, the Doctor was kind and informative he showed and explained to me what I was dealing with, I had a pleasant experience and I will be returning, the Dental Office is Beautiful throughout and their technology,

This place may be one of the worst places on planet earth. If I believed in Hell this would probably be what it looked like. Horrible dentistry, horrible people and awful orthopedics. I was in braces for far to long and it caused numerous problems which they decided to blame on me. They blame everything on you. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. The only thing that is acceptable at this place is the Orthodontist himself, who knows his stuff and is a nice guy.

My dental hygienist, Grace, makes every visit a good one. She talks to me about my teeth and gums and explains what I can do to make them better. I used to dread my cleanings but Grace is gentle and explains everything she is going to do. Thank you Grace!

Searching for our home dentist in the area and came across dental solutions which was very close to home. Scheduled an appointment online and was well taken care of. My fiance (Damian) went in for a xray to determine the best course of action. He was well taken care of by Dr. Shah and her assistant Jess. They were super gentle and he knew what was going on every step of the way. Special thanks to Tracey who explained the in house dental insurance to us and didn't made us feel insignificant for paying with cash.. if your seeing this and looking for a primary care dentist. Look no further!! Did I mention AFFORDABLE!!! Damian will be back for his follow ups and thanks dental solutions for taking care of him. Truly appreciated.

Loved my experience here. The office was very positive and special shout-out to the finance department. When I was nervous about the cost, she very patiently took me through all of the items listed and never once made me feel uncomfortable about the money.

I wish there is a zero rating before commenting. We received a mail from collections for an account totaling $61.25 (inclusive of fee) for which we did not receive a bill. The bill we received was paid. They keep sending bills we are not even aware of the treatment. I followed up with our Dental Insurance Aetna and they confirmed we do not have to pay for periodontal cleaning except if a requirement for therapy was assessed and if so, that amount should have been $31. I did a 3-way conference call with the dental office and the receptionist said they have a different rate sheet so she will have to double-check and call me back. (She has the source of truth on a live call? Who else would she go to? Her contracts services dept.? Why can't she get them on the line? Why didn't she do all of this before sending it to a collection? She has never made our experience pleasant. She always creates confusion and each time I have to spend time doing her job by clarifying our benefits. I go there for treatment but get stressed. I recommended 10 people when I started because of the polite and outstanding African-American receptionist who sits at the corner. We WILL ALL MOVE TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST. This is ridiculous and inappropriate to do something like this without verifying with the insurance on their end. She called later after 5 mins and said she has confirm and spoken with my insurance and I have to pay $61.25. Which other insurance when we just spoke with them on the phone? After I explained my rights and their responsibilities, she couldn't say a word for some minutes. After the quietness, she then said "sir, you will have to contact your insurance" - Unprofessional. I already contacted them and they told you on the phone that is not my charge. Is she the owner of this place cause she will drive many people away because of her attitude?.

It is upsetting when a business takes advantage of the elderly. I made an appointment for my 88-year-old father to get his teeth cleaned, when I made the appointment I explained to the associate that it's difficult for him to travel because he has physical limitations. I also stated to the associate I have his teeth cleaned every 6 months. Once we arrive at the dental office and he was checked in I left which I have done in other dental offices. When I came back to get him the dentist did not clean his teeth and try to explain to me my 88 year old father needed a excessive dental treatment. I stated to them I came to have his teeth cleaned, they said they only do what they call a treatment plan . My suggestion is if you take a elderly person to this dental office stay with them.
