Dental Solutions of Little Rock was opened in Little Rock on July 5, 1988 by Dr. Robert Richardson. In 2000 he established a partnership with Dr. Leslie Monroe and in 2014 Dental Solutions of Little Rock expanded to two locations.

When you visit either of our practice locations, youll find that were different than most dental providers. Our dentists spend an enormous amount of time listening to each patient. We get to know what his or her expectations are when it comes to their dental care. We empower our patients with knowledge and information regarding their oral health, so that they can make the best choices when it comes to restoring their smiles.

Our friendly, professional team will help you feel welcomed from your very first visit. Many of our staff members have been with our practice for over 20 years. Our patients can expect to see the same familiar faces at every visit. We also work with Board Certified Endodontist, Dr. Aundra Murphy to provide in-house root canal therapy for our patients. Jennifer received her Dental Hygiene degree and her Masters in Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has been with Dental Solutions of Little Rock since December of 2001. Jennifer is affiliated with the American Dental Hygienists Association and the Arkansas State Dental Hygienists Association. She is currently serving as the hygienist on the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners. She is also a dental hygiene examiner for the Southern Regional Testing Past President of the Ark, State Dental Hygienists Association, and past Ethics Committee member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. Jennifer has been a co-author of multiple articles about ethics in ACCESS magazine, a national dental hygiene publication. Jennifer loves to talk about Cardinals baseball, travel, and spend time with her family.

Julie graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1987. She has been with Dental Solutions of Little Rock since 1993. She is affiliated with the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Arkansas State Dental Hygienists Association, and the Central District Dental Hygienists Association. In her spare time, she likes to travel and spend time with her son and husband.

Julissa obtained her Registered Dental Assistants license in 2007 and has been with Dental Solutions of Little Rock since 2012. I am a people person and I love working with and learning about our patients. This job is so interesting, each patient has a different need and each case is different. The combination of working so closely with patients and the incredible opportunity to learn and grow makes this the perfect job for me. Dentistry today is exciting, the field of dentistry is constantly changing and it keeps me on my toes. The technology is incredible and Dr. Richardson and our entire team are committed to remaining cutting edge, in both the areas of high-tech dentistry and patient experience. With those two goals, how could I want to work anywhere else! says Julissa. In her free time, Julissa enjoys spending time with her two girls, Abby and Alli, and her husband Carl. They love to travel, spend time outdoors, watch her girls play soccer, and visit the beach!

Stacey obtained her Registered Dental Assistants License in 1998. She has been working in the dental field since then. She joined Dental Solutions of Little Rock in December 0f 2013. I came to Dental Solutions of Little Rock because I wanted to be a part of a team that was committed to their patients, to continuous learning, and to keeping up with new technology. I love making a difference in patients lives by helping them improve their smiles! The staff here is like a second family. Stacey enjoys being with her two girls, Katelynn and Gracen, going to the lake, and watching Razorback football.

Dr. Robert Richardson has always enjoyed the creative side of dentistry and the time spent getting to know his patients. With exceptional hand skill and a love for his patients, he says that his job comes very easy to him.

Growing up in a family of physicians and a father who was a surgeon, Dr. Richardson looked for the opportunity to implement artistic skills with patient care, which led him to dentistry. Friend and dentist, Dr. Billy Humphries served as a mentor, inspiring him to pursue the field.

Dr. Richardson went on to study dentistry at Louisana State Universityand thoroughly enjoyed his time spent in New Orleans and with family in Louisiana. Unlike most dental schools, senior students at LSU were allowed the unique opportunity to run a clinic-type setting. This empowered Dr. Richardson with the diagnostic skill and comfort to open up his own private practice immediately after graduation.

If you ask Dr. Richardson what his favorite aspect of dentistry is, he will tell you that it is taking someone with a tremendous amount of dental challenges that is struggling with their oral health and transforming them through full mouth rehabilitation. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Richardson is an avid outdoorsman. His love for hiking, fishing and sailing are excellent examples of why he loves living in the Little Rock area. He and his wife are members of St. Marks Episcopal Church and are the proud parents of three children.
