Don't know where to begin. After using my credit card to pay for dental implant that cost me over $2000, I believe I should start by saying that I should have read all the reviews of this office and more before making a decision on going there for a Dental implant of my front tooth. After having an implant that doesn't look, shape, or fits correctly, I have to respond by writing a honest review. l had to visit the dentist twice because, the first implant was beige in color and was sent back to the lab. Now the 2nd implant is NOTICEABLY short and still doesn't match any of my teeth. So the dentist took it out, replaced it with a greenish temporary tooth, which looks very unattractive, and I had to wait 3 more weeks for my gum to heal.So as you can tell, that I visited the this dentist twice before settling for an implant that doesn't shape or matches my missing tooth. It's crooked and "NOTICEABLY short" I did brought it to the dentist attention and he told me that the only thing he can do is, "cut it out and send it back to the lab or shave down the 2 teeth next to the implant". I was disappointed and frustrated that I made the decision to let the dentist do the shaving instead of cutting the implant out and wait for another 3 more weeks of pain and discomfort which could lead to infection and too much discomfort. Sadly, after I made this reluctant decision to have my 2 teeth shaved down, the implant still look good in my my mouth. Most of my family and friends noticed the difference between the implant and my permanent teeth. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOT SATISFIED, and wish I'd gone somewhere else for my implant.

I'm terrified to see any dentist the staff were there to listen to my fears and reassured me every step of the way they made me feel almost relaxed and treated me with respect I would surely recommend Dental Solutions to anyone else who has that awful fear like me and Dr Shake is great

I made an appointment which was scheduled for 3PM. I was told to bring my ID, insurance card, referral from my dentist, and a list of medications, which I brought with me. I arrived for my appointment at 2:52PM. I was met at the door by someone asking if I had an appointment. I told her yes, at 3PM. She asked my name, and then proceeded to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because I was late. I told them my appointment was at 3, and I was in fact, early. They insisted that my appointment time was 2:45, and told me I had exceeded their 5 minute grace period. When I asked to speak with the office manager, she was conveniently in the bathroom. I called back to the office, and was hung up on. I called again, and was placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. My thing is this...if you give someone an appointment at a certain time, HONOR IT!!! Be a professional when someone asks to speak with the office manager.

Dr. Bruno is awesome and his assistant are so attentive and friendly. I hated dentist till I found them. Getting root canal and I feel relaxed!

It was great . Dr Sista was very good didn't feel anything & the tech that did the filling also good. So far the people that work here r friendly & accommodating to my needs. The facility follows hygienic protocol.

This was my first visit to dental solutions and I couldn't be more impressed. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I felt comfortable and at ease. The best part, I felt no pain with the extraction I had done which was over before I knew it.

I've been so afraid of going to the dentist due to a horrible experience I had years ago with a dentist. But I decided I will give it another try found Dental Solutions since it's only a 5 minutes drive and I'm VERY pleased with the decision. I felt comfortable, the procedures were very well explained and most importantly NO PAIN during the scheduled procedures. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have been a patient at Dental Solutions for some time now. My review is not about the entire organization it is about the Orthodontist Department only. I recently took my daughter for an Ortho Consultation in which I received a Quote for services being that I have Dental Insurance and Dental Solutions is In Network I requested that the Ortho division does a Pre-Treatment Estimate (this is when the Dentist sends over detail of the work which needs to be done and the Insurance Company responds back detailing the out of pocket expense of patient). I received the Pre-Treatment estimate which was about $2,000.00 lower than what the Ortho Department was trying to charge me. After not getting anywhere with the employee Tracey I had the Insurance Company contact Tracey she was very nasty and commenced to yelling at both me and the Insurance Company. That following Monday I received a call from Marcy who apparently is the Director of the Ortho Department, Marcy advised that she had spoken to a Manager at the Insurance Company who confirmed that the Ortho estimate which the Ortho Dept had provided me with was accurate, she then went on in an attempt to fast talk me into taking her word. I contacted my Insurance Company and had this matter escalated up to a Manager. The Manager contacted Marcy while I was on the phone and advised Marcy that Pre-Treatment estimate which was provided is the max which I can be charged for a 30 month Treatment Plan. Marcy began to go back in forth with the Insurance Company and ultimately she stated that they have invested to much time into this and either I pay the fee which they provided or I can take my daughter elsewhere. I have never in my life received such poor customer service and ultimately they are contracted with my insurance company yet attempted scam me out of more money, when called out there was no accountability taken and the nastiness displayed by Marcy intensified. I DO NOT suggest that anyone utilizes Dental Solutions for Ortho treatments, they are very unethical and lack basic customer service and above all will definitely scam you out of more than they are entitled to if you allow it,

I'm not particularly fond of dentists but Dental Solutions put my mind at ease. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The office manager was very polite and provided me with all the information I needed when it came to my insurance. The Dr. had a fantastic bedside manner which made me feel comfortable. He showed his care for my dental concerns. I will definitely be coming back here for my future dental services.

Trust is something that is earned not given and this office definitely has earned mine because they're beyond exceptional!!! From the time you call to make an appointment straight through to check out, you're made to feel valued as a patient. Dr. Sista is such a sweet and pleasant soul who talks with you and not at you (which is a very BIG difference) regarding your dental care and makes sure you throughly understand every detail before any decisions are made. She really loves what she does and it shows in the care of her patients. Her assistant Chrissy(EFDA) is truly an asset to this establishment, she was kindhearted and made me feel comfortable and was thorough as well as quick in taking care of my dental needs. This dynamic duo saved my dental health to which I am truly grateful and at this point they feel more like family!!!

No complaints service was very good. Everything was explained and the doctor removed my tooth and inserted the implant with no issues. Just had minor pain and some soreness in a very short period.

Lots of parking. Not much waiting time. Nice, friendly, clean and comfortable office. Dentist and all employees are great. No cavities this time (thank god) but I still hate getting my teeth cleaned (not too bad but still uncomfortable). As good as this office is I still hate going to the dentist.

I am handicap and I go every six months for a cleaning and check up with Mira who I love and there was a new person that I met yesterday that was so sweet and nice and helped me with getting in the chair and making sure I got to my car safely. Big Shout out to ELIJAH. THANK YOU it was greatly appreciated!!
