Dr. Sherry Vakilian grew up in Iran before moving to the US. She studied at the University of California, San Diego and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Vakilian obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Fransisco, where she achieved a clinical honors award upon graduation. She then moved back to San Diego shortly afterwards.
Dr. Vakilian understands that a visit to the dentist is not at the top of the favorite things to do list for most people. Some patients consider a visit to the dentist as a stressful experience and may avoid seeking treatment. Dr. Vakilian considers her patients emotional and physical well being the most important priority. She strives every day to make she patients as relaxed and stress free as possible while providing them with outstanding dental care. She holds herself to the highest standard of clinical excellence and believes that it is her duty to consult with every patient individually, explain all treatment options clearly, and answer any questions that they have.
Dr. Vakilian is fluent in Farsi. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and trying new foods from different parts of the world. She also enjoys cooking, listening to music, hiking and spending time with her family. She is an avid dog lover and loves spending time with her terrier, Cuspid.
Jennifer has been a dental assistant since 2001 and has worked for Dr. Morgan on and off since. She is happy to be part of such a wonderful practice and enjoys implementing different aspects of dentistry daily. She enjoys interacting with the patients while giving them the best care she can provide.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family. She spends much of her spare time with her son at soccer and her daughter at dance and horseback riding. She also enjoys camping, riding quads, and reading.
Annette has been working for Dr. Morgan since 1997 and is happy to be part of such an amazing team of professionals. She feels that the cohesiveness of the staff helps make a positive impact on patients experiences.
Alyssa is a Southern California native whose passion for dentistry is well distinguished. She has been with Dr. Morgan and Dr. Sherry Vakilians office for one year and loves it. One thing she enjoys most about dentistry is to see how changing a patients smile can transform their lives.

The best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and professional. They are very conscious of your time and your visit actually starts at your appointment time. My dental hygienist Amy is always friendly, gentle and thorough. Dr. Varkilian is great at explaining everything to you and the experience is never rushed.

Always on time. Very friendly and professional staff. Reasonably priced for routine check ups and cleanings. I don't typically like going to the dentist but they always make me feel comfortable & relaxed. Thankfully I've only had cleanings and check ups to date but have always been happy with results.

I have been to Dr Vakilian's office three times and every time Jackie has been very helpful. Amy has been skilled and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr Vakilian is honest in her evaluation and treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Vakilian and staff. They are professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Vakilian, she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Everything is done to put you at ease and provide the highest level of service. The entire office is caring and wonderful. The doctor works with a gentle expertise and delivers the service that cannot be matched! She is very efficient, knowledgeable, and her work is fantastic, you are in great hands.
