The Staff at Dental Solutions Deptford have always been pleasant and professional. The (2) Dentists that recently took care of (3) of my procedures took away all of my past childhood fears as I no longer go to the dentist displaying pre-anxiety.

Was very happy and please with all the staff.Was really nervous at first but after they explained everything and all procedures that were necessary I felt very comfortable and relaxed awesome and professional doctor, had 3 teeth extracted and didn't feel any discomfortable or pain .Looking forward to next vist.Awesome job guys thank you

Dr. Khalil was fabulous during my visit, I almost fell asleep in the chair during my root canal! He explained everything thoroughly and is a top rate dentist. Karen in the front staff was great as well. She explained the billing to me and was able to break down my bill in multiple payments .

The staff and office are extremely helpful, and very clean. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. The oral surgeon answered all of my questions and concerns. This was my first time coming here for my son's wisdom tooth that is impacted and also had an infection around his wisdom tooth. The oral surgeon prescribed my son for more antibiotics just in case the infection came back before his surgery date which is in November 22nd. When checking out the lady that was helping me. She also told me that if a cancellation comes before his date to get his wisdom teeth pulled they would call me and see if I could bring him in on a cancelation. And of course I said yes please before she could finish asking me the full question! So for now on we will come to Dental Solutions!!!

Quick and courteous check in and out. Great customer service at the front desk. My hygienist is funny. I love her. This is what keeps me coming back for the last almost 30 years.

Very friendly, professional, gives patient different options and explains in layman terms and what the cost will be. Dr. Aphale's assistant is great and staff at check in and out are very friendly and helpful. Thank you every one. I used to start sweating and get very nervous when I had to go to a dentist, I do not get like that ever since going to Dental Solutions I give that credit to Dr. Aphale and his assistant. I want to say Danielle, but I am not sure?

The staff was pleasant and attentive. The performance given by the Dentist was impeccable. He was very assuring and confident in his craft. I would give 10 stars if I could. I LOVE DENTAL SOLUTIONS!!

Everybody was great from the receptionist to the doctor or dentist to his assistant a very polite and the dentist that worked on me did a great job he got all my roots out got my five teeth that I still had left and my dentures I didn't have to go in and have them fit it or nothing he did my did the first two things and then I went in and I had a choice to test them out or wait 3 weeks more I said forget it I had trust in them and they came back perfect they look like they're real everybody's giving me compliments on it

This is the only review youll ever need from this place. Absolutely the worst. For a year and half this has been going on. But in the short I had a bunch of dental work done. Then less than a month later I had a new filling break and I went in repair and they said I actually needed more intensive work. They charged my insurance for so much for images, x-rays, and started doing "prep work" for this intensive work. The insurance started denying claims and asked for a peer to peer with the dentist. Dental Solutions was contacted 17 times for a peer to peer and they refused to do the peer to peer. Even charged the insurance an office visit because "you have to come in person and make an office visit to ask for a peer to peer". Didn't have a choice and abided even though I didn't have any work done that day. Just asked for a peer to peer. They ghosted the insurance. I had the state involved and they also refused to answer the state appeal system. Finally I was released from my insurance to seek care from another dentist. Unfortunately due to their shotty work during the "prep work" my dental is in critical because they've chipped and half filled them to the point they need extensive restoration, what was supposed to be 2 root canals and caps are now an entire mouth top to bottom of restoration work. My teeth actually click from becoming loose from all the fillings they put in crumbling. On teeth that didnt need root canals, just "prep work" I am religiously am at the dentist every 6 months and in a year and a half dental solutions have destroyed my teeth at the ripe age of 31. Also during this "prep work" they wanted me to get out my wisdom teeth and referrer me to a colleague who removed one wisdom tooth under the gum, tore my nerves getting it out, and didn't give me any pain medication after even though I had 8 stitches from the procedure. I wouldn't recommend this place for a trial size of toothpaste let alone any dental care at all. They should be closed and investigated. They just want to rip whatever they can from your insurance. Even if it means doing more damage to do so then they charge your insurance so much, you're locked in until you fight to get out or you wait until you can. Beware. Beware. Beware.

Awful place they make me an appointment for almost two months and they treat us really bad to the point of leaving without been seeing. I'm not recommending to nobody.

Dental solutions are horrible.. You can't get an appointment within the month you call... You wait an hour to be seen.. Once you are seen, for examination.. Then next appointment for cleaning is in February 2023... Its August... You would think they are crowded... No one in the other rooms... And 1 person in the waiting room... Whom was sitting here before me... Why appointsment are set out 6 months.. Reficulous... I wouldfn ever step foot in there again.. And Front desk unfriendly... Not welcoming at all..
