Dr. Vu is very nice, but that's as good as this location gets. She's nice, but the fillings I had from her were very rough, not completely smoothed. I had to ask her to fix a few afterwards. The appointment always seems rushed and she never had a good answer for any questions I had. There was no patient education and no comprehensive exam. No gum measurements, no TMJ assessments. She only ever looked at the x-rays and then looked only at the tooth that she believed was a problem on the x-ray. I knew I definitely had to switch dentists when the hygienist told me that my gums were inflamed and I knew they definitely were not! The office chairs always have stains on them. The x-ray vests are ripped. The cabinets are broken. There were some errors with billing for my visits that I had to look into. The new dentist that I have did the most comprehensive assessment I've ever had and provided a lot of education, and the office was clean!

who ever gave this place 4.5 stars obviously was paid to do so !!!! WORST dentist ever! rude and VERY unprofessional. came in to get my filling replaced & i was informed she WAS NOT "able to do it today. biggest question of the day.... WHY DID I COME IN TODAY THEN???

They would have gotten 5 stars if I only was seen by Dr Wu. I think it is her assistant or she is another Dr. But the point is that other woman was rude and was insulting me. During my first visit she put a temp crown in without cementing it and was rough forcing it to fit which it still did not. Well that fell out the same day and it was on a Friday so I had to wait the weekend just to call to get it fixed. Dr. Wu put another temp crown in. When I came in for my permanent crown, that assistant tried to yank and twist the temp one out and it was obviously painful the way she was thrashing in my mouth to the point I could not keep my head in place. Dr Wu had to correct her because she was calling me names and Dr. Wu took out the mangled temp crown out in 5 sec with no pain, thrashing, or insults ...I will never let her EVER touch me again. Make sure you do not let the dark skin assistant work on you. Rude, unprofessional, and not considerate to the patient. I will try to update this when I get a resolution.

Place is terrible the wait was ridiculous they said I had cavity when I went and got a second opinion and I didn't have a cavity place is a chop shop money maker

I love the front desk staff. They are very patient with my schedules and sensitive on the transition I am going thru with my teeth. I trust the Doctor's recommendations, she is really going slowly at my pace. Thank you

I really liked my first visit to Dental Solutions. They have the newest equipment and the office is clean. Everyone at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Dr Shah was very nice and put me at ease. I haven't been to a new dentist in over 25 years and I was happy with my new choice.

Blackwood practice.. My daughter had an appointment today for a consultation to remove her wisdom tooth. At the time of the appointment set up; she told them the reason for the appointment (wisdom teeth removal). Today she arrived and once again she was asked the reason for the visit. She indicated a consultation for a wisdom tooth removal and the process continued. She signed in and when it was time to go in she once again reiterated the reason for her visit. They proceeded to take an x-ray and put her in the chair. Once in the chair they looked at her mouth and that's when the dentist told her they don't have a doctor on site to remover her wisdom teeth, WHAT? Why would this office continue with the shaninigans when they knew they didn't have a doctor? Wait, I know, they need to charge for the visit, the x-ray and any other bogus service they can get away with! Now, she has to go through the same process with another practice. I am not pleased with this situation especially because she went there by my recommenation. I did have a positive experience several months ago when they removed my tooth. You pull out teeth but not wisdom tooth? Please don't waste people's time she has a job that she had to leave early for, for absolutely nothing. Would NOT recommend and I will not be returning. I will be returning to the practice that has had me for the past 20 yrs.

If you are looking for a dental office that will be available for emergencies on the weekends, this is not the office you want to go to. My friend is a current patient and has been for years. They broke a tooth, this morning (Saturday), called the office and pushed the number for emergencies. No answer. Left a voicemail. Waited over an hour, with no return call. Called again and the voicemail box was FULL! Never got a call from the on call dentist. Why have a Dr on call, if they don't do their job?! Very unprofessional. This isn't the first time, either. Never gets a response when calling for an emergency on the weekends.

As dentists are seldom known for being a pleasant visit, I can actually say my visit to doctors there at Dental Solutions of Blackwood was pleasant. It was my first visit and once in waiting room all were polite, courteous, and pleasant. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
