Great staff, easy appointment set ups. Everyone is friendly and it's been a great experience. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room

My man went to Aspen for a 2 hour exam prior to be told that he needed a deep cleaning for $2,500 (Way Overpriced!!). He came here & the dentist not only did the exam/x-rays but was also able to do a Thorough regular cleaning Same Day (not always gaurunteed)! They also take other insurance that Aspen does not take. SO GLAD that he went to DENTAL SMILES!!

Been going to these people for about a year & I came across a problem with my 7 year old daughters tooth , I brought it to their attention in June , they said there's a possible infection under the filling she had but instead of taking action , they said wait til she's in pain then they'll go from there; well here it is a month later & she still had no pain but now her tooth broken & has full blown infection from an abscess & now has to have a extraction tomorrow morning .... & she is scared out of her mind .... If there was possible infection ; action should've been taken immediately . I'm very upset that they let it go this far . How can you put my child through that ?? It seems there was no care in the world - Some people don't get pain ..... I do not recommend this dentist to anyone .

The people were nice. Appointment went smoothly. They were suppose to send up a request to get more work done two weeks ago. Called and was told they put it in the day of the appointment. So not only did they not send up the request but they lied about it as well. Do not recommend.

My review on Jan 20th I had work done on my mouth in 2019 I lost a tooth within six months after i had my dental work done had to go back to go back for them to try and repair their wrong, went back today at 12 and the staff was very very very rude and unprofessional. They said I a temperature of 99 but I didn't then they had me put on hand sanitizer Then I go to the back and they say wash your hands. And i asked didn't i just put on hand sanitizer?. And I asked will they be washing their hands. And I was told that I dont have to see them when they wash their hands the manager was very rude and the dentist refused to see me before she even met me after they messed my mouth up I will not reccomend anyone to dental smile

The employees were rude to my wife after one of their doctors messed up her mouth so we went back after 6 months the dentist who did the work was no longer working their they told her she had a temperature but she didn't because they continued to service her. Told her to put on hand sanitizer and then was tod to wash it off .she wanted to see them wash their hands and they told her they don't have to let her see them wash their hands then the manager was very rude then the dentist said she wasn't going to see her So we had to leave we don't recommend any one to this place. They are very unprofessional we were denied treatment before the dentist even met my wife .

2 hours for my fillings. I'm soaking wet.. Ears filled with water. Tell them before you go if you are pregnant. They scrambled to figure out what to do when I showed up pregnant. They do a pretty good job. Most recently the wait was insane. The receptionist literally said, "We will be with you in a few seconds." It was at least an hour. If I didn't have problems with my teeth, hadn't driven 45 minutes, didn't have bad insurance I wouldn't have waited.

My mother came in to get her mouth fixed here and the dentist refused to see her and the employees was very rude and disrespectful to her. And we have very good dental insurance and plus we spent lot of money with them. Would not recommend

DO NOT GO HERE!! Waited 2 hours to be let into the office.. another 39 in the waiting room... while watching two people walk out due to wait time! Got into the back, receptionist and staff giggling and chatting .. whilst I sit in pain. So completely and utterly unprofessional!

I waited for 2 hours after showing up. Sat in the back for 45 minutes for them to finally put numbing gel in my mouth after asking 3 different employees for meds. I would not recommend going there to anyone.

I've never had a bad experience in the office. They take care of my children and myself and do a great job with oral care; however, ive been calling for 2 days to reschedule an appointment and no calls back and no answer from anyone. But they say if you dont reschedule within 24hr notice you are charged a fee. So what the f***!????
