My review was from the previous business that was here. I have never been to Dental Smiles and the fact that my review is up is very misleading. This business has not been here for four years.

Waiting a long time , I have appointments at 3:30 pm I came to 3:10 pm but I had to wait 4:30pm

It's my second day of having my wisdom teeth taken out and I have minimal swelling and almost no pain. For reference, I only had one impacted tooth. Everyone that worked with me was really nice and made my experience pleasant

I've been a customer here for years. LINDSAY on the front desk was there during my appointment. She told me I need to wait 30 to 45 min. I asked if I can step out and if she call me I can be there in 1 min. She refused to call me and say if im not there my appointment is lost... by this time I've been waiting to be seen. (Does it really take that much? To call?) As I wait the 30 minutes she tells me my appointment is canceled. I waited a month already for this appointment and she told me I need to wait another month. So unconsidered and rude to blame it on me for not confirming my appointment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT PUT YOUR TIME IN CONSIDERATION.

I was looking up the phone number for Dental Smiles when I ran into an employee outside on their lunch break. She approached me and asked me what I needed and I told her about my horrible tooth pain etc. She was so kind and told me to call back in an hour because she had an appointment for me in TWO DAYS! That's unheard of these days. I was so grateful because my last dentist unfortunately stopped taking my insurance. My appointment was great and each staff member and doctor were so nice. Now I have an appointment for an extraction in in 3 days!..Again, unheard of. I'm confident it will go smoothly and will return for further appointments. Thank you all SO much!!

Had an appointment with the orthodontist to replace my permanent retainer which had recently fallen off after 15 years on my teeth with no issue. Replaced retainer fell out after 5 days. Called to ask for a refund, they said they would not give me a refund but would replace it again for free. Not going to waste my time with that when it was clearly done incorrectly the first time. Do not recommend for orthodontics.

I had been putting off having my wisdom teeth out due to fear for years. I finally reached the point where I could no longer put it off, I started researching dentists and came across Dental Smiles of hartford, after reading the reviews I decided to make an appointment and I am so glad I did, the entire experience was easy and painless, it took longer to get numb then to remove the teeth, I thank you all so much and kick myself for being acared

This was my mom's first visit to remove three wisdom teeth. Although she was nervous at first, Dr. Singer and his assistant Sheila made her experience very comforting. Hands down, she feels that they deserve to be both Dentist and Assistant of the Year, given that they were able to complete the procedure without any complications!

Good experience overall for wisdom teeth removal. Only complaint is not being seen at my scheduled appointment time. This has happened twice since being going there. Typically being seen from 30 mins to over an hour from my appointment time. Hopefully this improves. Overall very friendly staff would recommend for wisdom teeth removal services.

Worst staff ever when is come to communication, I come in for a service and they choose to release my record and don't provide service bcuz I choose no to do a filling. They just want your insurance money.

Dr. Daleo and his assistant Jessenia did a fantastic job getting me thru my root canal appointment. I was very nervous, but the explain everything step by step.

I wouldn't recommend if you have state medical Insurance unfortunately there's not a lot of options out here for you to go to. There's one doctor in this office that's not educate enough and the staff forget about it. They Literally just hire anyone to represents their office. They've wasted my time for the last time. Would not recommend to anyone!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Singer! I was helped out by everyone from the front desk staff to the amazing assistant I had! I was so anxious about having an extraction I wanted to be put to sleep! With the help of some nitrous and Dr. Singer it was easily one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist !

I had a awful experience with Dr. Pete and assistant Kimberly. I'm not sure why they have good ratings but this place is unprofessional rude disrespectful stuff and the doctor clearly doesn't know what he's doing half the time. They're such in a rush to go to their next client that they don't do their best on you But that's to expect at a dentist office I guess right.

I had an excellent experience at Dental Smiles, from beginning to end! All the front desk staff were super nice, and my hygienist Kelly, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth! Everything was clean and sanitized, I felt very comfortable and safe.

Update 8/31/21 I've realized the company name has change, but still using the previous company reviews.. I would like to get an appointment with Dr.K, where could I locate him? Is he still there? I just did a surgical procedure on my right bottom wisdom tooth which was impacted badly... I kid you not I'm feeling perfect... Dr. K you are the boss I love you!!!

Some of the staffs are rude and the office manager gives them an excuse to be rude saying you guys clash because you have the same attitude. The difference between me the customer and the receptionist is that I'm not working you are if you can't set a good example being a good worker with customer service then don't have a job in that field. Plus they have two different doctors there that see two different things are you guys working for the same company. And it is true if you don't choose to do service with them and you want your information transferred they will never do service with you again. I don't think that's a rule I think ZOE the worker just made that up.Anyways you guys have such nice reviews I wish they were ture.
