The most unprofessional environment I have worked for. Danielle the lead dental assistant had to be reported on my behalf for violating HIPPA regulations. She brought up my past jobs listed on my resume in front of staff making me feel uncomfortable and violating my privacy that was supposed to be kept confidential. Please rethink when coming to apply here, I never wanted to leave a review like this but I've never had anyone bring up my work history in front of staff members and making my anxiety rise.

HELL NO!!! DONT GO HERE!!! I went to fix my chipped tooth and he end up chipping the other one plus broke one of my Back tooth!! And for my husband too!! Then they charge our insurance for job they didn't even do!!! No hellll no DONT come here!! I trust more dentist from Mexico that live here lol tbh

My review is not based on the actual dentist that work in the office but the front office RECEPTIONIST and their communication skills. My kids and myself had been using this dental office for over 14 years. I have not had any issue with any dentist nor the oral surgeon .It is no where near me these last 11 years but I still drove over 45 minutes to go. The receptionist DO NOT PROPERLY communicate with you, rude , and have NO CUSTOMER service skills. No matter how great of a dentist office you may be your receptionist sets the tone for customers and if their PROFESSIONAL communication skills are NOT there you lose money. UNFORTUNATELY since the passing of Lonnie (office staff) I wouldn't recommend this place . Reception are the first line of communication and if that communication is horrible it sets the tone for someone's whole experience.

When I heard about this place by a relative who is afraid of the dentist like me. Dr Admir is an awesome dentist very caring and understanding. I am a very bad patient when it comes to blood, needles and pain. Dr Admir was very patience with me and make sure I was comfortable before he abstract my tooth. I recommend Dental Smile especially Dr Admir who is gifted with the talent of caring for his patient.

Switching dentists ASAP i came in today the lady in the front was having a whole personal convo on the phone didn't even bother to tell me to give her a second. I'm just there standing like a dumbass waiting for her to give me a sign in sheet. Then i waited a long time for the damn assistant and the dr to see my 19m. They come in didn't even say hi! Just told me to hold my son and they were going to brush his teeth and so they did and said no eating or drinking for an hr and walked off smh! Also my mom had been coming here and same bad experience but i didn't want to go through the hassle of changes. Don't bring your kids to this place!
