Been going here ever since I moved to texas(2017) unfortunately I had to change my dentist location because of a unforgettable traumatic embarrassing experience. Thinking about it brings tears to my eyes. The experience is .I have many cavities fillings and I get cavities very easy. I get them filled by a much older doctor every time he comments how he likes how straight my teeth are. Always compliments me every time, makes me feel good right. Last time I was there I got a way much younger doctor he was young. He was very rude. He didn't say much but could tell he was judging the hell out of me. He kept sighing in disappointment. I felt embarrassed, ashamed, insecure , broke down crying and the whole office was just staring at me. His excuse was "I care about your teeth" Apparently my mental health is not a concern to him. The nurse didn't feel pity for me at all. The only one in the whole staff who cared was the receptionist with curly hair. Anyways he was unacceptable , dentists always should have a positive interaction with clients and shouldn't break down clients mental health .

My 13 year old son and I have been coming here for over 11 years because Dr. Collins (only here on Wednesdays) is the best at explaining his treatment in ways that we can understand and is gentle. The other staff is ok, they get pretty busy especially on school holidays. I always schedule any appointments first thing in the morning because thats usually the shortest wait and most pleasant experience for me. Get real, don't schedule your appointments around lunch time and think you're gonna be in and out, they have lunch times too! Parking can get tight, its a shared lot with the rest of the shopping center, but the location is great. Just outside the South Loop East. Last thing, they are very competitively priced, give them a try and you'll enjoy your dentist visits.

My son had a crown on & it fell off the dentist there struggle to put it on he dropped so many & when I got home not even an hour later it fell off & the assistants were so rude. Not going back
