Had such a pleasant experience at dental smiles I did not have an appointment and my mouth was infected and the doctor got me right in great service and staff are awesome as well

I had a very good experience with the Dental Hygienist who did the dental cleaning on my teeth yesterday. She was knowledgeable and was able to touch my mouth as a dental professional who knew what she was doing. She was even able to teach me how to fluss correctly by having me to hold a mirror to watch how she was doing it herself just so I could learn. For confidentiality reasons, I am not sure whether I am allowed to mention the name of that Dental Hygienist in public or not. But, the work was done on Wednesday 22-Dec-2021, I am sure the office staff would know exactly who did what on my teeth for that visit. But, Thank You Staff, I was very pleased with that routine dental cleaning. Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy New Year To You All!!!!

Excellent!!! Dr.Agadi is the best She's very attentive & thorough. If you need to find a dentist that's gonna address ALL your dental concerns then Dr. Agadi, IS your to go dentist. I've also witnessed her interaction with other patients and can reassuringly say, she loves her patients in the sense she loves her proffesion. All the office staff are extremely courteous and informative. Thanks all of you. I'm lucky ya all in my little corner of the dentistry world. Don't change anything.

I like it here I always did. First they are really professional and polite with their patients. They make sure you get done what you really need I definitely recommend this Dental Office to anyone. They clean and don't make you wait 5 Starts they get

I don't know if this place has switched owners, since I have last been.... But I didn't have a good experience. Am still dealing with a filling coming out of my tooth that THEY put in 3 yrs ago!! Shouldn't they worry about that first since I have been in agony over this for months. Went all the way there for an appointment and they did nothing but take x-rays and told me I had to wait for cleaning and then after they will set up appointment for cavity BACK IN JUNE/JULY. They didn't have any cleaning appointments open till October back in June/July. I'm going to have to find someone that can actually help.

Dr. Agadi is excellent! I've been going there over 2 years: a filling here & there, lower partial work, cleanings & referrals for tooth extraction. The staff are GREAT also! This office is quiet, clean & efficient. Every visit I've had there has been ABOVE SATISFACTORY. I highly recommend Dr. Agadi and Dental Smiles @Webster square plaza in Worcester, MA. Gary Melanson

A++ 5 stars all around for service and quality and care this is honestly the one and only dental office I will ever go to ever again in my life even if I move outside of THE WOO they are all very happy to see me with a very wide and full and genuine smile from ear to ear. they are especially gently and caring which is obviously very very important when it come to dental work I have got so much dental work done there from cleanings to small filling and even big ones and never any pain "nice and numb" and now my smile is perfect and white with " text BOOK teeth" I love my smile and am always happy to show it off THANK YOU SO MUCH DENTAL SMILES !!!!!
