This lady was the receptionist as well as the dentist, she was the only other person in this room. She had terrible communication skills and was way too rough. My mouth was bleeding and all we did was take X-rays with extremely outdated equipment. I came to get a filling re filled and she knew full well and asked if it was painful after I replied yes she asked when I wanted to come back to get it filled? Completely waisted my time, I knew the filling was out and she totally could have filled it that day. Also why are we locking the door behind us when we enter this 1 room dentist 1, dentist in the waaay back of an apartment building

I walked out this women is unkind and didnt even want me to use the bathroom then i got a text from her office and she told me to get off the phone and fill out the paper work because she is working all by herself as the dentist and front desk like it was my fault.I would not recommend this place at all it's hard to find for one and she is not professional what a waste of time.

I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH AN ABSCESS THAN GO TO HER FOR DENTAL WORK. Originally it was a bit odd that she had an upstairs dentistry along with working alone but she was the only one who took my insurance so it was ignored. I went in for a routine checkup and she told me I needed cleaning and a root canal. she stated she could not do it because she didnt have the proper equipment and that I needed to find somewhere else to go. Which is fine. But I couldnt get in anywhere because no one was taking my insurance. I developed a painful abscess and a rocky tooth. I called and called, no response, I messaged her and told her what was happening and that it was a dental emergency, she took well over 24 hours to respond to me, and even then scheduled and appointment hours later. I was in excruciating pain. At that scheduled appointment, She was very kind to my tooth, as not to cause any more pain, when we took x Ray's to see if it could be fixed She said it could be after I suggested pulling it. She had the equipment to do my root canal. So she put me on antibiotics and sent me home to do a follow up appointment for a root canal. My pain subsided within a few days just as she said and I was excited as ever to go in and get it done. As I got in we greeted each other and I sat down in the chair. I very CLEARLY still had an infection, (you could see the abscess and the pus draining) later I was told that dentists aren't supposed to do dental work on infections due to health risks, and she was more than willing. She instructed me to close my eyes, every time I would open them she would demand me to close them, when she wasnt even doing anything inside my mouth and was just setting up. She told me "I cant do this if you're not going to listen, you need to let me just do this". She told me to turn off my phone and to just lay still with my legs and arms flat. She reiterated numerous times her credentials on being a dentist, which sounded like she was convincing herself more than me. I asked if she could walk through everything shes about to do before she does it if she wants my eyes closed, she agreed and reassured me that she would tell me what shes going to do before she did it,. As she began putting things in my mouth my eyes remained closed and I asked ,"what's that" she then stated, " this is what isnt going to happen, I dont have time to explain everything I'm doing too you, I have to focus and I cant tell you what every instrument is" I have a traumatic past. I CAN NOT SIT THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THAT WITH MY EYES SHUT THE WHOLE TIME. She was very unprofessional because as soon as I said, "I cant sit here with my eyes closed", she said, "okay I wish you luck with another dentist.her way or the high way and I've never seen a dentist behave in such a manner.

From the half hour that I've experienced, she was a very polite and quiet woman (just like me). She was very sweet and caring and told me what I needed done, her communication skills are good. I was a bit concerned about the TV for a second since you don't typically see it while you're in the chair, but realized the relaxation it provides and the nice music she plays in the background. Will update when I get some work done (:

Worst dentist ever, my Husband just had brain surgery and is unable to hear very well as he had ATZ and ATN reconstruction surgery. He was on phone with me to fill out paperwork, as I could not go in with him due to Covid restrictions. They kicked my husband out for being loud, not rude, just loud on phone with me, due to hearing issues after surgery. We drove 3 hours for this appointment to have them cancel his on the spot, then refused to answer my calls to follow up. This is a disability issue and will be addressed as such. Worst patient service ever!!!

I would give a zero but it's not an option. They don't have any signs directing you to their office. Also, and more notably, they are on the second floor and there are no elevators, and do not tell you ahead of time. Lastly, the receptionist sounds like she's on way too much Valium.
