I've leveraged Dental Salon for normal dental hygiene, but also for Invisalign and extraction of a tooth and subsequent crown. Dr. Khanna has been the best dentist I've experienced...ever! His bedside manners, calm demeanor, ensuring I was comfortable each step along the way and ability to clearly communicate what was happening made the entire experience of getting a tooth extracted and crown installed bearable. Meena at the front desk and Teresa the dental assistant where also fantastic. Even though I've moved out of the Chicago area, I'm still flying back to finish everything with Dr. Khanna because I trust him and the Dental Salon practice. Thank you!

I'm the type of person who is nervous about visiting the dentist so finding a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with is my priority. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Khanna's office. Whatever procedure I have done, I know I'm in good hands.

Dr. Stec is amazing! I was super nervous. He talked me through each step and made sure that I was comfortable with the results. I feel very confident for the first time in a while. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I gave them a five-star review a year ago. They were great the first few times I went there. The last two times I went there did not go well. They were nice enough to refund my money for the appointment that I walked out of. I switched dentists.

After I received two different treatment approaches from two different periodontists, I sought a consultation with a faculty practitioner at University of Illinois Dental School to get more information. That consultation finally led me to Dr. Reddy, who clearly explained to me why he recommends the treatment I'll now be receiving with him. He is saving me thousands (no exaggeration) of dollars, though that's not his goal: his primary goal is my health. I am so glad I patiently sought out additional opinions and grateful I finally found Dr. Reddy. All the staff at the Dental Salon were professional and warm. I highly recommend.

On 8/30 I came in as a first-time patient to get a tooth extracted. During the procedure, I was cut by Dr. Khanna by his scalpel across my lip extending up close to my nose area. Immediately after, Dr. Khanna claimed the cut happened from me tensing my lip. I have never experienced this or anything remotely similar with any other dentist.

Let me just say that the staff at this Dental Salon location know how to tend to their patients. I for on don't care to pampered. That is not what you get here. You really feel the sincereness in the wonderful way they care for you.

The dental salon is always a pleasant experience. All of the staff is very nice and my appointment is always on time. If you are in the area I would highly suggest the dental salon.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the Dental Salon team. Not only was Dr. Khanna incredible in taking care of my ~38 year old baby tooth and implant but the entire team there was amazing! Nicole was so nice and super helpful with getting all my insurance sorted out in a very quick turn around. I also cannot say enough about how Denise kept me informed in the whole process and really made me feel beyond comfortable! My husband and I both go here and we have had a very busy dental year and I can't imagine having gone anywhere else! UPDATE 10/7/2022 - I have to go back for a filling replacement this week! (Should add that they did not do the original filling - it was decades old) The whole team was amazing as always! They remembered me personally, were beyond helpful in making me comfortable, getting me in and out quickly so I could get to work, and overall just the best! Denise continues to be amazing and Nicole at the front desk was awesome helping me make sure my insurance covered the bulk of the cost!

I had a really bad tooth ache for several days but I did not have a regular dentist that I went to. I tried scheduling an appointment at a couple different dentist offices near my house but no one would take me until at least 3 weeks. I was able to locate Dental Salon in Chicago which was only a few blocks away and they were able to schedule me right away. I ended up with a root canal and I now have a permanent crown. I was treated by Dr. Shaikh and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and treated me as more than just another patient. Her assistants have all been wonderful as well and I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. I have since scheduled more work on my teeth and I am glad to have found a new dentist office that I can regularly visit. Thank you Dental Salon!

I had a great experience with Dr. Khanna at Dental Salon. I was in need of getting a tooth removed and then prepared for an implant. I struggle with anxiety and was definitely nervous leading up to the appointment. Dr Khanna was very patient with me. He talked me through the entire procedure and let me know about our progress. He checked in with me often and really put me at ease. He made the entire experience very manageable. My follow up recovery has also gone quite well. Prior to leaving the office he made sure I knew how to care for the tooth and took extra time to answer all my questions. I would (and have) highly recommend Dr Khanna and Dental Salon to others.

Love the Dental Salon for always taking great care of me. They were able to get me in for an emergency visit and resolved the issue within an hour. Shoutout to Krystal, Meerna and Dr. Shaikh for always being kind and hospitable

His work fell below the standard of care. He was negligent. As a professional, his experience should allow him to predict how a patient's mouth/lips can react during the procedure. The cut on the face and lip was an unacceptable risk. The management office did not express empathy or anything to rectify the situation.

I've been here twice now and it was an excellent experience both times. I hope to continue receiving dental services here! The last time I visited, I misjudged my travel times and arrived almost an hour early to my appointment. Ana at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. I shared that I was willing to wait, that it was my fault I misjudged the time, but minutes after I sat down, the dental assistant Lana came out and took me in for my cleaning. This was absolutely above and beyond what they needed to do since I was so early. Thanks for saving me some time that day and for the excellent services!

I didn't realize it was possible to have so many issues with a dental practice. Over the last three years, they have gotten progressively worse and less reliable. A few months ago, I had 2 appointments canceled with one days notice with no option to reschedule for another month. The only time I've ever had a dentist accidentally give me a massive cut on my lip (she screamed and later applied ointment to the area. I had a huge scab on my face for a week) is at this practice. The same dentist scheduled me for a "cleaning", I came and she did the cleaning then as I go to check out, the front desk informed me it was a deep cleaning and I owed 500 dollars. Obviously I wasn't super happy about that but I tried to rationalize that I needed a deep cleaning eventually anyway. I paid the money. Then when I got home, I looked at my teeth and there was still stuff on them. I had to go again to see a different person to redo the cleaning. The SAME DENTIST put a crown on me about a year ago and it still hurts to eat on that side of my mouth. I was switched to a different dentist and hygienist who both seem perfectly fine. I had an appointment scheduled for today and when I got my reminder call, I made sure to ask the receptionist if I'd have a copay or any charges because money is incredibly tight for me right now. She said no. So I took time out of my day and left work to come down today and as I'm checking in, the receptionist tells me I'm going to be charged 79 dollars for todays services. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were "out of office." I said to cancel all future appointments, that I was done with this practice and walked out. I'm absolutely done with this place. There are some nice people but it's incredibly hit or miss, you aren't guaranteed to receive competent care and the business/administrative side is a complete mess.

Excellent, professional services. I called in for an emergency service to take out a wisdom tooth, and the receptionist kindly secured the earliest spot for me. I am a very pain-sensitive person, but Dr. Stec was very professional. The process was quick and rather painless. Keysha the front desk, Lana the dental assistant, the lady who did my the panel scanning, and the lady who instructed me on post-surgery treatment were all kind, friendly, and helpful. I would love to return!

I grew up being afraid of dentists, but since coming here, they are always great! I recommend them for everyone's teeth in your family!
