My experience with this office has been very frustrating, to say the least. I came into the Chicago office on August 3rd to be scanned for an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. I came back in on September 7th for the fitting. The top portion fit well, but the bottom did not fit at all and had to be rescanned. I had another appointment 2 weeks later that was cancelled because the bottom appliance was not delivered by the lab yet. It's Nov. 1st tomorrow and I'm still waiting, close to two months. I've called to no avail, including last Wednesday Oct. 26th. I was told the lab would be notified and I would be called back. Close to a week and no call. If I had known this would be such a long, frustrating process I would have gone somewhere else. I find it necessary to add an addendum to this review. The office obviously read my 2 star original review. I figured they had because they called the next morning apologizing for my frustrations. The appliance had arrived but still needed some adjustments so I made an appointment. In the afternoon I received an email from the dentist, Dr. Schwartz. I was happy because he took full responsibility. Also, how often do doctors personally call patients these days, very rarely I believe. Anyway, I will definitely give them another chance to make this right. Apologies are not always given by businesses these days so I'm impressed that they did. John Fitzgerald

Having been a patient of Dental Professionals for over two years now. I have nothing but great things to say of Dr. Steven B. Kase, DDS , and of his whole team. Having gone through numerous procedures, and some dental emergencies. I can say I'm truly honored to have this organization in my corner to tackle all my dental care needs. They're polite, professional, and concise when dealing with patients. Thank you once again to Dr. Kase , and to his team in assisting me with my dental needs. Kind regards , :)

My family and I have been coming to Dental Professionals of Old Orchard for about 20 years. The staff and Dr. Kase and the other dentists are amazing. No fear here. They are friendly, highly skilled but gentle. I love the spa like dental experience. It's definitely one of a kind. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I've been going to Dental Professionals for several years at the Chicago and Skokie offices. Dr. Finkel and Dr. Katz are both great dentist and people. The offices are very clean and the hygienist and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr, Finkel has been my dentist for over 25 years. Won't go to anyone else. If you want your dental work done right as well as top notch cleaning, this is the place. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and will do everything to accommodate the patient.

Amazing, professional, top notch team! I recently had veneers of my front teeth done by Dr. Bryan Jacobs, a board certified prosthodontist. He was meticulous and extremely detail oriented. My veneers look and feel so great, much better than my teeth before. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and the practice. The entire team, both front desk and clinic, is skilled, respectful and very kind. They give me a reason to smile more :)

I've been seeing Dr. Katz and all the terrific dental hygienists including Elizabeth for over 20 years now. Nothing has changed in that they were top notch from day one. They have evolved with technology and services but those are built on the already very strong foundation. This is a first class operation with seasoned and personable folks working in all areas of the business. I'd recommend Dental Professionals to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I'm not sure I've ever met an entire staff of professionals like there is at Dental Professionals. Their communications with me are always so timely and appreciated. Everyone in that office is so nice. Let's face it, no one really wants to go to the dentist but this group of people make it a pleasure!
