Had an appointment on Thursday with Dr. Hair and his assistant Melissa. Wonderful experience. Quick and professional. Good bedside manner. Anne has been my Hyginist for years, always a great experience at Dental Professionals of Vinings.

I had an appt for cleaning and I arrived 15 minutes early so not to interfere with other appts. When I arrived I was told they could not find my updated info and I would have to do it again. I had just completed it online. I understand things can run behind. I wanted for 40 minutes. I finally saw the tech to do X-rays and the cleaning exam. They were very nice and professional. I had a very important appt to take my Ill cat to the vet. I assumed it was scheduled in enough time for the appt to be completed. Then I find out the dr has 3 people ahead of me. I had to leave without having the Dr or the oral cancer exam. The tech will call with any findings on the X-rays. I was happy At least that could happen. Last year my cleaning was cancelled and to no avail, I had to wait a year to have another cleaning scheduled. I called and asked to be on the cancellation schedule. Nothing happened. My questions to ponder.... Are they taking too many patients? Or can someone call the patient if the wait is over 30 min?

I love the Dental Professionals of Vinings. The whole staff is amazing. They are so caring and polite. Dr. Paladines is knowledgeable and a caring. He takes his time to explain everything.

My first and only visit, they took excessive, unnecessary, and expensive x-rays without telling me it was not covered under my instance. I had a cleaning, which was fine. But then the Doctor just never showed up. I waited an hour. Very tacky.

I've been going for a number of years and plan to continue. The dentists are experts in their field, very professional and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this dental practice.

***NEW PATIENTS BEWARE, CHECK YELP reviews ****** I believe people need to be wary of this place since they don't tell you once you are there about a deep cleaning service your insurance more than likely doesn't cover. I waited 30-45 minutes for my appointment and once I was in the hygienist told me it was mandatory of me to get tested on this gum machine that tested your gums health. The exam for this gum machine was really uncomfortable. I have always had healthy teeth and thought nothing of this machine. After another 30 minutes the hygienist said I needed a deep clean. The hygienist informed me they would not perform a normal cleaning(covered by insurance) and that the deep cleaning would be hundreds of dollars extra. She was being pushy and I had already taken time off of work to come to what I thought would be a normal cleaning. So I went forward with it. In hindsight the office should inform new patients of this machine and mandatory deep cleaning. I don't know of the validity of this machine so new patients BEWARE.

My first visit. From the first phone call to get information about insurance. Appointment was on time front desk was kind and professional. Assistant was great the person did the cleaning great. The doctor professional and kind informative and funny. My teeth look beautiful. Had a deep cleaning didn't hurt at all. Excellent!!! Gwyneth

I've only had cleanings at this office so far so don't have much experience with the dentist other than a quick exam after the cleaning. Everyone is friendly, hygienist is thorough and they have never made me wait.

Just like the other review I read, these people will strong arm you and upsale you into getting a dental cleaning outside of your insurance coverage. Imagine walking in and saying This is what my coverage is for and so this is what I want, and then they givee you something and charge you extra. Dont come here, and read these reviews. Dont give them benefit of doubt and give your money towards a trustworthy practice.
