My son has gone to this dental office for awhile had no problems with them until now have been trying to make a cleaning appointment for awhile office tells me nothing avail till next March. Talked to someone today to make apt they said November ok I'll take it asked my name oh I'm sorry there a problem with your account I told them I talked to manager she said she was the manager that I never talked to them I told her she was lying and she hung up on me then when I called back they didn't answer wow so unprofessional

I had the pleasure of temping as a dental hygienist for Dr. An about ten times on and off couple years ago. Being a dental hygienist since 2003 I would say this is one of the best offices!

I've been going here for as long as I can remember and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and does a great job informing you on what they are doing and what you need to be doing when you go home.

This was the 6th dental office I had been to in the last couple years, because I kept getting terrible service. Bad work done, rude staff, acted like I was just money to them, judgmental, and even one place tried to pull a tooth out without telling me. I only asked as they were about to numb me when they confessed. Finally I found a place that I am very happy with !!!! :D The dental hygienist was very friendly and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her with questions (most places act annoyed). I felt completely comfortable and unjudged by the whole office. Thank you!! I look forward to building a relationship here and getting my teeth fixed FINALLY !!!!

Service is Excellent don't get me wrong but Customer Care could do better. Don't have emergencies of any kind because cancelation(Which they didn't even ask the reason) and re-scheduling will take at least a month even though I let them know 3 days before my appointment so just say bye bye to the continuity of your treatment. Update: It was at least 3 weeks later when you wanted to schedule me after I give you notice that is considering I was already on the limit of the second week and its wasn't even because it doesn't work for me it was because you said yourselves the treatment needs to be done within 2 weeks so its pointless to have appointments with more than a month of distance because its against dental recommendation and I'll need to start all over again.

I am a new patient. Great front office staff. My dental hygienist Ana is great. She explained all the dental work done and is very efficient. Dr. Kevin An is also excellent. All in all a very positive experience.

They will try to sell you a machine that cleans your gums and they asked me to contact my insurance and upgrade to a better an advanced dental plan !! . Not recommend

I have been going to Dr. An for over 10 years! I have referred my husband, parents, other extended family and anyone that has asked for recommendations! Dr. An takes great care and is very gentle. I especially appreciate his communication explaining each step of the way as he works. He is also very considerate of in making conservative recommendations only suggesting work that is necessary-not trying to rip you off. I get my routine check ups twice a year and have had several other procedures done as well including crowns and veneers. I usually have the same hygienist, but have had to change appointments and ended up with different staff and each and every person is personable and professional. His staff provide the best customer service and are always so accommodating. His office staff deal with the insurance company and make everything very easy! Even after moving an hour away I wouldn't dare go to anyone else. They are always on schedule and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. An and his staff at the Dental Professionals of Algonquin!

Fantastic group of people! It is very hard to find a trustworthy Dr these days and Dr An fits the bill! The hygienists are very educated and the assistants explain everything before they do it. Couldn't ask for a better Dentist.

My first time here was awesomeawesome! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful with finding out what is covered and not covered by my insurance. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and easy to talk to. It felt like I've known her for years, not like a first time meeting. I will definitely be going back.

Decided to try a local dentist for semiannual cleanings for our family. The receptionists are outstanding. Very friendly, organized, and accommodating. The reason why I am giving one star... after my cleaning Dr An told me I had 2 cavities which required 2 root canals and crowns for both. I was surprised as I didn't have any pain so asked for a copy of the xrays. I showed them to my dad who is a retired dentist for his opinion. He told me that Dr. An was dishonest and unethical to recommend such involved, expensive procedures. I ended up going to a friend of my dads an hour away and received 2 fillings which saved me thousands of dollars and hours of dental appoints. Will never go back to Dr An.

Dental Professionals of Algonquin do an outstanding job. I have been a patient for almost 10 years since moving to the area. I have always been apprehensive and quite frankly, a "chicken" when it comes to visiting the dentist. Claire always greets me with a smile and her humor. They have created an atmosphere that is warm, engaging, professional, courteous, in addition to being great with follow up and reminders. Dr. An and his team are awesome, especially my hygienist Anna. Her knowledge, capabilities, confidence, and approach always put me at ease.
