The time there was to long. I was called back immediately, but took a long time to receive service.

This doctor is inexperienced and unprofessional. She seems to want money only. She made me pay before doing anything on me. I came in for extraction and she wanted to make sure that I pay first. While she was giving me the shot for numbing me she ended up numbing my entire left side, my whole left side dropped and my lips swelled up. Not good experience then she kept telling me you're coming next week for cleaning make an appointment. Hell to the no first time and last.

Best cleaning for your teeth. It feels 7x as effective than regular brushing. One swipe across the teeth and its magic happening. Make sure you take care of your hygiene so it will be easier for them.

im in utter disbelief as i write this. they fixed the WRONG tooth. yes. the wrong tooth was fixed when it was veryyy clear the issue im having...not to mention i explained in great detail how i found myself in this situation. i have a missing tooth two spaces over from the front teeth. the adult tooth never came in, as it is sideways up in my gums. now considering its thousands to get an implant, I've been receiving a low cost yet temporary solution for yearsss from my lifelong dentist located in another state. he would fill in the gap and "create" a tooth using resin bonding that is attached to the teeth on either side. its not ideal...but works and is much better than having a huge missing tooth spot. I've recently relocated to memphis and hadn't yet found a dentist here when I woke up this morning and lost and apparently swallowed my "bonded bridge tooth". so i call and get a quick appt which was great. i had no problem paying the upfront "xray to see what's going on" fee although we know the issue..its understandable to be charged this. no sweatt. i go into detail with the dentist on my situation and reiterate everything and then some that I've written here. ok.. $160.00 for new bonded tooth. ok. more than im used to paying but its still reasonable and taking into account my lifelong dentist would probably cut me a break. so i go to reception and pay. now we're at $235... so im in the chair, blind to what's happening..but its taking a much longer time than usual but ok...theyre being much more thorough which i appreciate. after an hour and a half, dentist says she is done and hands me the mirror. umm...the huge gap is still there. they bonded the tooth nextttt to it, the tooth that's there and obviously notttt missing. i think they added a little length to it. now why would that be my concern when im MISSING the tooth next to it. plus i explained how i found myself in this situation, "the missing tooth is still in my gums and that's why i have this gap" if they were supposed to fix a tooth that is clearly there, then what am i describing? the dentist continued to blame me that i pointed to the wrong tooth. i was stunned and completely shocked by this response. this is akin to walking into the ER with a gun shot wound to my left leg but the doctor chooses to treat the sprained ankle on my right leg. aside from explaining over and over what my previous dentist has done for years..it seems pretty obvious that the huge gaping hole would take majorrrr presidence over an existing tooth that is a little short...i don't even know why they thought id want that done..completely useless. she said i had leftover bonding on that tooth and therefore assumed that tooth was previously bonded and that was the reason for my visit. the reason it had bonding residue on it is because the missing tooth was bonded toooooo it, not that i wanted it lengthened. its idiotic on so many levels. and to add insult to injury, she continually blamed it on me when clearly she didn't listen to a thing i said. or had the common sense to realize how can i be referring to a tooth thats up in my gums and never descended, if the tooth she's working on is very much present. soo after a healthy but remaining calm disagreement, im told it will be another $200. now we're at $435.00. feeling helpless and still having a large gap in the front of my teeth, im forced to pay again and proceed. no discount..no apology...just treated poorly all around. so she eventually filled in the gap using the exact procedure i asked for. only this time the bonding process took minutes, not nearly the time and focus she used the first time around.in fairness, the girls at the front desk were very helpful and friendly...no complaints there...and the dental technicians were also very nice. im just shocked that i actually had a dentist work on the WRONG tooth...its like a bad joke..sounds crazy but it happened. pretty bummed as i momentarily thought i found a great new local place to continue using. shameful.

My review is a positive one. I haven't had ANY issues here. Dr. Tran is a perfectionist and a realist, straight forward and she is very experienced and knowledgeable of her profession. I was in and out in and could still het to work at a reasonable time even after having a root canal done. She tells you what needs to be done and gets to work. She is focused on her craft so there might not be much conversation which is fine with me. I mean, she is working on your mouth so why talk. I see other reviews about her not talking much. She's quiet and great at what she does, that's what matters to me. She takes walk-ins and opens early during the week and on Saturdays which is very convenient for emergency situations.
