This place always serves me well. I have recommended this dentist to all of my friends and I would do the same for a stranger. I am doing invisalign with this dentist and it's been a smooth process!

Was obviously afraid of looking for a new dentist after my old one did me wrong and had their place closed down, but here I've felt taken care of and I'm immediately attended. They've won my trust and hadn't failed in any of their procedures since I've started going here. They've also hired a bunch of new staff and there definitely is a grand difference and they're a lot more efficient.

The Dentist numbed half my mouth and was talking to a friend about cookies and things. He kept excusing himself for doing other things. Maybe, because he was just opening it was fairly new but I haven't been back since. I miss my prior dentist. Yes very unprofessional, I felt he knew he didn't numb my whole mouth. I said it isn't enough. People take advantage when they're in an urban area and most are on NJ Healthcare. Very sad!!!

Very unprofessional, they called last minute to cancel my appointment I made 4 weeks ago. They accept walk in's but can't attend patients that already had previous appointments. I don't understand it's very inconsiderate.

As someone who dreaded going to get my teeth cleaned/fixed, I can say this place took that annoyance away. The staff is extremely professional and are overall very welcoming. The dentist himself also did an awesome job on my teeth. 10/10 recommend to everyone

I'm so happy I found this office. All of the employees are pleasant and helpful. I was having a dental emergency...went to West Broadway Dental on a friday (my original office for YEARS) I was in EXCRUCIATING pain and the manager didn't help me b/c of a computer error with my insurance and told me to wait till Monday so I went to ER TWICE in one night-St. Joe's couldn't do anything , but give me a novacane shot that lasted less than an hour and 2 regular Tylenols-nothing worked!...I called different emergency dentists and no call back. This went on for two days, and I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. The 3rd morning I called my insurance company they gave me a list of other dentists; I called the first on the list and they didn't answer then I tried ~Dental PM~ they gave me an appt. right away! The lovely lady at the front desk saw I was in agony so they took my pain away less than 5 min after arrival... The dentist Rodriguez, Rafael D, DDS, the dental assistants..everyone was so great. They seriously saved my sanity! I was comfortable in there..the energy was pleasant, the office was clean, and the dentist was very informative! I left smiling and out of pain. Needless to say they are my new primary dentist office! Totally recommended.
