I have extreme anxiety like To the point to where I have to be dying to seek any help ha. The front desk lady (zhenya I think I spelled it correctly) WAS OVERWHELMING NICE. Ha, over the phone and in person, sweetest voice and so helpful! I got called back by a very nice lady. She comforted my anxiety without even knowing just by her gentleness, kind voice and such ease. Then to top it all off the dentist.. omg the nicest man! He also made me feel so much better. I felt reassured constantly, asked if I was okay every couple mins. I mean i could go on and on. those 3 wonderful ppl made my first visit to a dentist in YEARS, such a pleasant experience!! Got 2 teeth pulled. App was at 2:00. I walked out at 2:50. Paper work. X-rays. The pulling of teeth and payment. 50 mins!!! (I'm sure the time varies depending on how the day is going). But for those of you who can't choose a dentist office. DENTAL PLUS!! How weird is it to say I CANT WAIT to get my other tooth pull bc the experience was so great . 10 stars

Such a clean and friendly environment. I've always and still do enjoy my time with Staff at Dental Plus each time I see them. Such a Lovely place and such kind staff. Thanks Dental Plus

Zhenya the receptionist is so polite and I'm going to switch from leesville to derrider location, literally just because of her. It's worth the extra drive, since I just had a terrible rude experience from the front staff in leesville. Thank you so much Zhenya for changing my perspective on the company!!

Lady name Cathy who works in front desk that answers phone calls is very rude. The first call i make was ok because i asked why dental plus in leesville was closed on friday. Then i call them back and see if i could make an appointment with them instead but she just hang up on me. CATHY IS VERY RUDE stay away from her if she introduce herself to you.

The Doctor was great! All around professional, staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The appointment was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place.

You are only getting one star because I need to put a star just to write a review and you don't even deserve one. A good dentist should care for a patient no matter the race,ethnicity, or language because you should just care for what the patient is dealing with because you told me DR.GRACE " I will not see her". Thank you for nothing a good dentist already helped me.

Dr grace is incredible!!! She is patient and kind and amazing at her job!!!!! I had a very broken tooth with an abscess and she was so amazing!!!!! A thousand stars!!!!!

Highly recommend Doctor Grace!! She made me feel so comfortable, I almost forgot she was doing dental work haha. What an amazing experience for my first filling, never thought I would have fun at a dentist office. Her staff is also very nice and welcoming! Again, go here if you need any dental work.

Absolutely love Dental Plus in DeRidder. Dr. Grace is superb. The most caring dentist. I've ever experienced. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Wishing all medical staff could be this nice, especially when we are all having pain or worry.
