Really happy place to be. Staff is always welcome and easy to talk to. Had problems with my insurance and they went beyond to help resolve the issue for me. Dr. Wu is great. Feeling good about my teeth.

Horrible front desk! Just 1 star out of 10! No client oriented approach at all,this office was recommended by DR.Jefrey that we are happy with but what a disappointment, we checked all the reviews before and were very excited, but as a result couldn't even see Dr.Wue at all,cause at the day of the appointment, first of all noone called before appointment, no voice-mail nothing,second front desk just tells you straight forward at your face- If you unhappy client- check other place to work with?! What?! This is how you run business????? As a business owner myself, I am shocked how such a great doctor has such unprofessional staff up front, who doesn't even have an attempt or customer oriented approach! Such a shame,out of all dentist offices this is the only one in Stamford with such a rude Not receptionist but office manager! Too bad!

Great dentist! Dr.Wu explains everything in detail and answers all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Office is clean and her staff is great as well!

We've been going to Dr. Wu for years. She sincerely and patiently explains every single situation relating to our dental care. Her advice is always candid. Her office staff and environment is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Wu to anyone!!!

I had the best experience with Dr. Wu. The front desk personnel were kind and friendly. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. They were very thoughtful and explained everything they were doing.

My family and I ( 6 ) are so pleased to be served by Dental Permanente of Stamford. We have been with them for so many years ( at least 10 ). we are planning to be with them at least for another decade, if it 's not 2 or 3 more. They got our best evaluation A++++

When it comes to selecting our family dentist, I look for a dentist with outstanding skills and who practices with honesty. We have been going to Dr. Woo's office for the last 8 years. She possesses the values that are important to me plus she has compassion toward her patients. She is passionate when it comes to her patient care. And she constantly awes me with her broad knowledge in Dentistry and in general medical, too. She is a brilliant dentist. The hygienist is just so wonderful. And she has a team of friendly staff including dental assistants who are always so helpful, kind and polite.

I broke a molar. My former dentist told me that I would have to have 3 root canals, a post inserted and a crown to restore it. Went to Dr Wu for second opinion. She looked at it and said the molar was was sheared near the gum line but still in good shape. She said she could put on a crown, without root canals and post. She did a beautiful job 3 years ago at a reasonable price. I still have a live tooth and I have had no trouble since. Highly recommend Dr. Wu

The staff at reception are wonderful, fast ,efficient and friendly. Always puts a smile on my face every time I go in and get a cleaning done. Dr.Wu is the best and so is her outstanding staff. highly recommend!!!
