As an officer and board member of the Memphis Dental Society, Lawrence Higginbotham, DDS embodies a commitment to patient safety and excellence in dental care throughout Memphis. He holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rhodes College. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone on the staff is kind and courteous and Dr. Higginbotham is the best. I was so terrified and he and the staff made sure that I was calm and ready for my procedure. I recommend for anyone who is in search of a new dentist to contact this office!!

Wonderful staff. The minute you step in you will get a five star treatment from the lady in the front desk to the check out lady in the end. Dr. Higginbotham is an amazing dentist. They will listen to your concerns and provide you with the right treatment and they make sure you are satisfied with it. I have been going there for years now and I recommend anyone who ask about a good dentist place. Thank you Dr. Higginbotham and staff for your service.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Higginbotham and his team, and I will definitely continue to go there forever if they let me. I was searching for a new dentist for a while especially after the trouble I had the past 2 years. A coworker referred me to Dental Partners, and I am so glad she did. I went in today for a cleaning and extraction. As soon as I got in, Claire made me feel right at home with funny banter and kind words when I felt worried about a tool she was using. After the cleaning, I moved on to Dr. Higginbotham where he examined me and let me know that I would indeed need an extraction. They made me as comfortable as possible and made sure I was numb to the point, I had zero pain. Unfortunately, my tooth broke, and Dr. Higginbotham decided that an oral surgeon needed to complete the extraction. He immediately called a few oral surgeons he knew that could get me in, he numbed me some more, and made sure I had everything I needed for the oral surgeon. Thankfully, the surgeon was only across the street. They were able to remove the leftover, and I was free to go. I just received a personal call from Dr. Higginbotham to check on me to make sure everything worked out and that I was okay. I have never had any type of doctor do that for a patient. I really appreciated the concern and dedication from him. I'm actually really looking forward to my next appointment and I will refer everyone to them.

At first I was so scared but after Dr. Higginbotham came in he made me feel so comfortable. The staff are so nice and professional. I finally found me a dentist that I feel comfortable with. It was a long time coming.

Dr. Higginbotham is a awesome dentist. I have had a lot of dental work done and he is patient and makes sure you are comfortable. His staff is fantastic, very friendly and professional. I have found my dentist for all of my future work. You need to give this office a chance to help you.

I so disappointed in this office. First off I got a 8 o'clock appointment to be the first one. I got there before the staff and waited. I was first but when they open I wasn't called first. A lady came after me like 20 minutes and she was called first! I was still seating at 9:05 and was called at that time. If they was gossiping I would have been first. After leaving I had to get a refer for an oral surgery. I called them for them to send my x-rays they didn't send it the first day. I call back the next morning and told them my mouth is hurting. I was told them I was hurting and to please send them they didn't! I called Friday they still haven't send them and now it's Monday still haven't been sent! They are so unprofessional and to me lazy. I don't like to talk about race but I had the feeling because I was black I wasn't called first and now I can't them to send my referral. I will tell everyone not to fool with this place
