All of our offices have the same relaxed atmosphere. When you walk in the door, you'll feel welcomed, and you'll feel at home. We understand that going to see a dentist might not be a walk in the park, but we want you to feel as comfortable and as cozy as possible.

I haven't been personally but I know of at least 3 people who are a patient of theirs and they're satisfied with the service and staff.

Dr. Merritt and Susan are great! As is the rest of the staff. Glad they added Vienna to their rotation this cuts my normal drive from Byron to Albany by over half the time.

I could not have received better care and attention. I do NOT like feeling restrained. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Had a tooth pulled and it was as smooth as butter. Those ladies took excellent care of this big baby. Love this office!

I have never spent more than an hour, total time, in their office on any one visit. I have never spent more than 5 minutes in their waiting room. As someone who doesn't have any insurance and always pays cash for services rendered I often call around the area and get prices for what needs to be done. Dr. Ingram's office is consistently the cheapest, so much so that it pays me to drive to Vienna all the way from Albany. For instance, about three years ago I went to see them to get my top left wisdom tooth removed. It cost me $117.
