Dr. Bethea is a graduate of University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland. Afterward, she trained for a year at the Montefiore Medical Center. While Dr. Bethea practices many phases of General Dentistry, she has successfully incorporated adult orthodontics into her practice. Dr. Bethea practices both traditional orthodontics as well as cosmetic/invisible orthodontic techniques including Invisalign. She continues to build her education & expertise in orthodontics year round to always offer the best service available. In her free time, Dr. Bethea enjoys cooking & baking.
Dr. Anglin trained for two years at the New York Hospital in Queens, where he gained extensive knowledge in Crown and Bridge & Implant Dentistry. Dr. Anglin graduated alongside Dr. Kimani Bethea in 2000 at Maryland College of Dental Surgery. Both he & Dr. Bethea completed their General practice Residency programs in New York City. Dr. Anglin continues to build on his knowledge of implants, attending many continuing education courses through the year. Dr. Anglin & Dr. Bethea are married with two children, a 12-year-old daughter & a 7-year-old son. Dr. Anglin is a big sports enthusiast, GO RAVENS!
After: Smile restored with placement of 8 upper all porcelain crowns (caps). Gumline & incisal edges are now uniform. Patient now has longer, better shaped teeth to enhance the smile line & aid in chewing/biting function.
After: Replaced bridge with an all porcelain bridge. The new bridge now also matches the patients natural tooth color & was designed to properly fit around the gumline. Proper fit aids in decreasing decay & the ease of the patients ability to clean around a bridge.

I just started going here. I've been a little hesitant because of my past experiences, but EVERYONE is so nice and professional. I was nervous at first because I need a lot of work done, but I didn't feel any judgment at all. I have a plan, and I'm actually excited to work with them to get my smile back!

I highly recommend Dental Partners of Owings Mills! I found out about this office because the best and my favorite dental hygienist, Gwen, came to this office. When I made the appointment the person I spoke with was very welcoming, kind and helpful! Upon walking in to the office, I was greeted with such positive vibes! I felt very welcomed! The office manager was exceptionally kind! After being serviced by the best hygienist, I was seen by the dentist, who once again was awesome! My first experience was nothing shy of great!

Excellent service as usual. The staff is super nice, efficient and pays attention to the details. I have been a patient for a few years because of this. Dr. Bethea is firm, realistic and gentle. 10 out 10 would recommend!

My dental hygienist was fantastic. I love this practice and have been going to them for years. Dr. Anglan and Dr. Bethea are great and extremely professional. I used to have a lot of hang-ups about going to the dentist due to many bad past experiences. Instead of having existential dread prior to a dentist appointment, I now genuinely look forward to them. Before I started receiving care here, my teeth felt loose, sensitive, and my red gums burned and bled anytime I did anything - or sometimes for no reason at all. Now my teeth feel strong, my gums never bleed. I've actually started smiling with my teeth showing again for the first time in, oh, 15 years? I hope to never have to go to another dentist practice. Moved a few times since I started going to this location and still make the hour+ commute to drive up to Owings Mills because I know I'll receive great care along with compassion.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and it's the first time in my life I don't dread seeing the dentist. Office staff is always friendly and responsive. Dr. Anglin is friendly, knowledgeable, and great at pain management during fillings. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for dental services.

For the first time in a long time I feel comfortable. Dr. Kimani and Carrie were so sincere and kind. I know that I have dental work that needs to be addressed but I appreciate there softness. I am excited about getting on track. I truly wish that other Dental practices extended the sincerity like what I felt today at Dental Partners of Owings Mills. I highly recommend Dental Partners of Owings Mills, it is a no judgement zone.

I'm a new patient & I really appreciate being greeted with pleasant smiles from the WHOLE staff!!, the cleanliness, the knowledge gained from my visit & just the overall experience! Thank you! ****Update from my most recent July 12th appointment. ***: Of course everyone is professional, courteous ALL THE ABOVE!! I just wanted to take the time to thank Simone if I hadn't!! While Simone cleaned & checked my teeth, she educated me on how gum disease & tooth decay begins & what steps need to be taken for healthy teeth & gums & also educated me on what type of tooth brush to use which was mind blowing! Thank you sooo much Simone!! You're definitely a great asset to the practice

My whole family has been going to them for years now. Everyone - the front desk staff, the hygienists, and Dr. Bethea herself - are professional, competent, and friendly. Always a good experience. They also value your time...I never have to wait when I have an appointment. They take good care of my teeth, and so as long as I live in this area, I'll be there every 6 months.

Best dental office ever! I have a lot of dental anxiety and was very nervous to go in for my first appointment today. Fortunately, I was welcomed by an amazing staff that made my experience perfect and relaxing. My hygienist Jessica was sweet, comforting and explained everything along the way. Dr. Anglin was fantastic and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a bother. After my exam and cleaning I had a treatment plan drawn up and ready for me at checkout. Best dental experience I have ever had and truly makes me happy and excited to go back.

This is a great practice I chose blindly from my insurance. I was pleasantly surprise after my first visit. Simone was my dental Hygienist. Simone was so detailed with my cleaning, I recommend this practice for all interested in customer service and great detail work. Dr. Bethea was also great! I've absolutely hated going to the dentist my entire life! It has literally taken me 30+ years to find the perfect one! Dr. Kimani Bethea is an absolute gem!
