My first visit was this week and Lexie the hygienist was outstanding. Gave such helpful tips for preventative care. I immediately started on her recommended routine. She discussed toothpastes, toothbrushes, and I even learned a more effective way to brush. Lexie and Dr. Browne were both professional, approachable, friendly, and explained everything, every step of the way. Their office is a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the decor. Very comfortable and relaxing. The lady at front desk was very nice and relaxing and very informative, it was taco Tuesday and she told me about a good Mexican restaurant. Thank you! The wait wasn't long thumbs up good for me no anxiety.lbvs the ladies that seated me had a nice smile. And answered all my questions. Took care of me when I was bleeding to The pleasant gentleman with the best hand shake.the meticulous work he did. I appreciate him sharing about himself while we waited. He made me fell comfortable And relaxed, not NEXT all in all I GIVE IT A 10 THUMBS UPS

Everyone was very nice and compassionate. They advised me to see an oral surgeon for an extraction and to return for a cap for another tooth. (Not what I wanted to hear, but the truth). I'll update after my cap.

I went to the office and unfortunately although they said they'd sent an email, I did not receive it. Don't be fooled into thinking that they will take Wellcare Medicare Advantage just because the office in Bowling Green will. I offered to pay cash to cover my services because of not taking my insurance. They refused. Stated the corporation does not allow that. Now, had they allowed me to pay for my services out of pocket, I, in turn, could have sent in a claim myself to my insurance and been reimbursed. Instead, I was turned away and told to go to Bowling Green. Why in the heck should someone with my insurance have such a difficult time with getting dental care in a town this size? Let alone have to find transportation an hour and a half away when I'm on a fixed income? This is RIDICULOUS!!! Owensboro is the hardest place I've had in trying to obtain dental service over anywhere else I've ever lived. Thank you Dental Partners and Owensboro for making those of us with certain insurance and benefits that need and would benefit from dental care making it almost impossible to get it.

I will go 4 stars for now, We'll see after I get all the top teeth pulled and dentures installed. I did have a very pleasant visit. They got me in same day I contacted them about an appointment. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail and even let me talk them into doing the impressions on the same visit. The dental assistant is a little crazy and enjoyed stuffing my mouth full of putty a little too much. Seriously though she was great with a good sense of humor. It was awesome calling for a visit (consult) and ending up having dentures ordered all in the same day. Unheard of now days!

I've been going here for dental work and cleanings for 16 years and have looked forward to my visits everything. My hygienist is very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Newton (although, not sure if she has been practicing the entire 16 years) is very professional and friendly. I never had a single complaint about them and look forward to my future visits.

I absolutely adore both Dr. Newton and Dr. Dorrah, both of them are very gracious and great at what they do! The technicians and hygenienist are amazing as well! Everyone is very friendly.

It was a very good experience. It was different from other times I was at other dentists offices. It was very easy. I never had to spit into a bowl. It was all done by suction. That was different and good. The people were very nice.
