BEWARE! Giving one star is too much for this office. New dental plan assigned my family to this office. We were told that intermediate (deep) expensive cleanings and a "special" solution were needed for all but one member in my family. None of the charges were covered by our insurance. Our youngest child was told that he/she needed an extensive intermediate/deep cleaning because of the braces. The dentist stated that was the only way to clean when braces were present (for $160.00). If we did not agree with the treatment plans, no cleanings would be permitted. In addition, another family member was told that he/she needed replaced fillings, had new cavities, had a crack in a crown/needed to be replaced. None of which were true. A follow-up second opinion with the original family dentist of almost 20 years, confirmed that not one of the conditions actually existed (confirmed by cleaning, full exam and x-rays). A complete money scam. Another strange part, all new patients are placed in a room to watch videos regarding treatment needed instead of actual direct communication from the dentist. A complaint should be filed with the medical board. Save your money, time, and complete frustration, find a different office!

The staff was amazing, welcoming and pleasant. The office was clean and modern. The Dr. was very visual and informative with his findings. My treatment was presented to me and I was able to set up my appointments to complete my dental work. I'm happy with the office and the work that was done. I highly recommend!!

please please stay away from this practice. it's a rip off , inflated charges for everything they do. the most discussing thing that the different educational health videos they play and make you watch and feel that you have to take the treatment that you don't have to.

Dr. Collazo and staff were so friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and very clean. Parking is also very convenient. Dr. Collazo has TVs set up in the rooms so he can show you what he sees when he does the examination and also has these really informative videos to educate his patients. Originally I was very skeptical to come to the office but after having been there and treated I completely loved it. Just a heads up, there is an additional $45 charge for the cleaning since there's a cleaning solution they use to ensure you don't get an infection. All in all, I'm very happy I was recommended by my insurance here. Had a better experience than I could've hoped for.

Do not go there if you are black! I walked in and they asked me what do I want? I explained that I had an appointment. I gave her my name and she threw the board at me. After my initial shock wore off. I realized I left my glasses in the car and I explained that I was going to get them. I also said that it looked like the form was in Spanish. She told me no it wasn't but feel free to leave as she threw the board back at me. I told her this has exactly what I would do. Her name was Malise I believe. Disgusting behavior. I was actually able to make an appointment with another dentist actually the same day and got my teeth cleaned no problem.

I am a health care professional and I've lived in Weston for more than 12 years, have been treated by a local dentist who've been both professional and courteous - Family Cosmetic dentistry. I had a lapse of visits due to personal reasons as well as a change of insurance. I was shocked at the contrast when I came for an appointment at this place. The staff seems rude for unexplainable reasons. They ran videos, without asking my consent, for me to sit and watch versus communicating and explaining treatments as professional to professional. The dentist presented me with a visual of a very dirty frying pan that "children were told to wash right away but never did" to recommend me the deep cleaning procedure. Inappropriate and off putting, in my opinion. Then I was presented with more videos and a price list from the receptionist. If they didn't want to treat me, if that was the issue, they made sure that I felt it. Overall, it was a surprisingly disappointing experience that I never had at any doctor's office, ever.

This place is horrible. They will rip you off with no mercy. They will not do a cleaning unless you pay $45 for a special rinse. If you decline the rinse, they will not do the cleaning. We are a family of 6, so $300 in just a regular cleaning... You have been warned!

I came to this dentist to get a check up and my wisdom teeth removed. They are very friendly and courteous. Very professional service, I felt nervous before my appointment, however the dentist and team provided a service which allowed for me to feel calm the entire procedure.
