Friendly, professional staff. I went in for a teeth cleaning and six month check-up, all of which were performed by dentist because of the dental technician shortage. Dentist was friendly and cheerful - and very efficient!

Dr Kumi Kamachi has been my dentist for years and years. She is the absolute best in her field and even tops her husband, Dr Shiro and Dr Guzman, "the big guy" in charge. She is so observant of my needs - like when I am a bit fearful of a procedure. She knows just how to talk me down off the ledge and put me fully at ease so that whatever the procedure is, I am comfortable. With her tiny hands and big muscles, she is able to control her tools to perfection which brings amazing results. Given her affiliation with a major university dental school in Boston, she is always able to explain to me any new technique, procedure, tool or application in a way that is easily understood by my marketing / non-medical brain.

I was so impressed with everything/everyone at DPB! First, everyone was so nice, and worked to help me to feel comfortable. From J, at the reception desk to Lisa and Dr. Guzman. Everything is impeccably clean and managed. Very impressive! After speaking with Dr. Guzman and Lisa I felt a wave of relief. He was so professional discussing multiple issues regarding my oral health care and treatment plans. I am looking forward to working with them, and having future Dentist visits for the first time in a very long time.

I've been going here for 5 years. I don't really like going to the dentist even for a basic cleaning, but they are very sensitive to that and make sure it's as comfortable and pain free as possible. If you live in the city this is the best place to go.

While the news at my appointment is not what i wanted to hear, dr. O'Toole was patient, explained things clearly and arranged for appointments on short notice. The entire office staff was polite and welcoming and i left with confidence that while my situation dentally is not great, i will be treated well.

One of the best and most comfortable experinces at a dental office, I have ever had. The staff was excellent and made me feel at ease. The x-ray tech/dental assistant was great at her job and was able to get my first complete set of x-rays I have had in years. On top of everything else, the dentist I saw was very caring, and did a great job calming my fears. The exam was extensive and I left with a great looking smile. I will recomend DPB to my friends and family.
