I will no longer do business here anymore unless they get a new receptionist/supervisor She's extremely rude , called us names and accused me of screaming at her. My husband had a 10:40 am appointment, we've been out of the country for a week and yesterday we where back to the grind playing catch-up with work, we missed the call yesterday so we called first thing this morning (mind you he took the day off for this appointment)to confirm the appointment to be told they canceled because we did not answer Yes we weren't happy and she even hung up on me , oh I called back and she tried playing victim as if I was screaming at her when I was speaking loudly to my husband in the other room and I'm trying to explain that to her as she speaks over me and went as far as canceling my deep root clean for tomorrow, saying I told her to cancel which was not true! My husband then gets on the phone because now I'm fixing to loose it and she called him crazy. So both our appointments have been canceled and not going to get the care we needed ,we were going to be paying cash for our procedures so because of her the company lost money and we will go elsewhere, unfortunately the hygienist and dentist are amazing and I really like them but the receptionist needs to go or learn better communication and customer service skills! I'm not a Karen and I never leave reviews but the way she handled the situation was disgusting!! Do better with your hires!!!!

Very good positive first visit. They were thorough and answered my questions. Very friendly staff. They were as gentle as possible for my cleaning. Office is at a very convenient location. This office was a good find!

Horrible experience. I had made a new patient appointment weeks ago. They called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. I called them back to confirm my insurance information. Then, this morning I show up 20 minutes early and they say they have to check the schedule to see if they can see me today. The receptionist was incredibly rude and kept saying I should have answered her first phone call because there are a lot of people waiting to be seen. I explained I was at work but I called back and she said that must have been to the call center. Super rude lady. If I can't trust them to keep my appointment, I'm certainly not trusting them with my mouth.

I want to give a shout out to Dr. Williams and her amazing team I'm a caretaker of an 83-year-old gentleman that is under hopsice care and he had been having alot of pain with one tooth, which ended up being two. Thank you so much to the Doctor and the team for the patience and compassion that was shown to Sal. We are grateful! Sincerely Bonnie Lachance

I can't even bite into food etc.with my front teeth. I have exposed nerves on one side ,the permanent partial is uneven and all this was addressed on the follow up visits but nothing done. This was very expensive and now I'm going have to put out more money for implants. Would highly not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Williams and her staff for about 10 months. I lalways feel welcome and comfortable, and when I leave I know I've had the best treatment possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else ! Highly recommend Dental Partners and Dr.Williams.
