Dr. Vrinda Shah grew up on the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, an experience she wouldnt trade for anything. As she grew up, she saw a country where health and dental care were too often considered luxuries. Wanting to be part of a solution, she immigrated to the United States to pursue a higher education. Her experience assimilating to a new culture has taught her the importance of adapting to change and persevering through challengestwo skills essential to excellence in dentistry.
Dr. Shah is a double gator, having received both her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science as well as her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida. She has remained true to her calling for serving others through local dental missions in Florida such as We Care and FreeDOM clinic, and internationally in Ecuador and her home country of St. Lucia.
She enjoys advocating for her patients both in and outside of the clinic. While with her patients, she prioritizes their concerns and goals, and works closely with them to achieve dental health and a smile they are proud to show off. Outside of the clinic, she maintains memberships within the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Brevard County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. She takes pride in these involvements, as her participation helps her stay on the cutting edge of innovation in dentistry and provide the best possible care for her patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shah enjoys baking, salsa dancing, golfing, relaxing at the beach and spending time with friends and family. She looks forward to providing you with comforting, professional and gentle dental care.

I just had an appt. for a cleaning and they REFUSED to just give me a general cleaning without doing a deep cleaning... extra money! There is nothing different going on with my teeth than has been occurring for years! MY mouth... MY choice! I walked out and will find another dentist. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I got an unnecessary scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) service and a painful cavity filling service from this dentist office about one and half years ago. And it was horrible experiences. First of all, I visit this dentist office because I've just moved and needed a new dentist. During the appointment, they told me I had gum disease, and I needed a deep cleaning. I was very surprised with their diagnosis, because my gum was very healthy, without any bleeding issue. But because I trusted "medical professional opinions", so I did get the service. After the dental visit, my tooth felt so sore, and I kept thinking about my experience in the office. I did remember the lady was pushing my gum very hard with the measuring tool, and I tasted blood in my mouth. I felt skeptical, and went back to my original dentist to ask for a second opinion. And my old dentist told me my gum was totally fine and the scaling and root planing was not necessary. Several months after this bad experience, I visited my orthodontist, and they also told me my gum was perfectly healthy. I finally learned that you have to trust your knowledge about your body, and ask for second opinion when necessary. Because some professionals will just treat you as a business, which is totally unethical. And for my cavity filling, I still feel so sensitive when I use my teeth, and it has been more than a year now. I'm very scared, but I will have to go back to my original, old, trusty dentist to get whatever treatment I need. Because I have a trust issue with Dental Partners Melbourne office now.

Wonderful Staff at Melbourne,FL office. Very friendly and caring and patient. They get you seen for emergency visits quickly and strive to see that you walk out the door happy and smiling... Definitely Recommend.

I Just had my appointment and Cami the dental hygienist who did the cleaning left me quite impressed with how thorough of a job she did on my teeth. The dentist also handled every regard of communication very well. Overall I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be coming back for any future dental work I or my family will be needing.

Quick and friendly service! They can get busy, so I would suggest an early morning appointment. The dentist and hygienist do a very thorough job :) definitely recommend!
